NORWEGIAN FRAMEWORK
We propose that the best option to develop digital competences in Mexico would be
“The Norwegian framework” which consists in:
 Digital competence in Norway for teachers
Digital competence is the teacher proficiency in using it in a professional context with
good pedagogic-didactic judgment and his or her awareness of its implications for
learning strategies and the digital building of pupils and students. (krumsvik, 2007)
The framework is based on:

FOR TEACHERS
1. Law support: white paper and the general plan for teacher education in norway.
2. Teachers use technology focus on education and teaching.
3. They should be role models in the use of ict discovering learning possibilities for
pupils and students.

Schools • The technology will increase in the
classrooms and will help the students
to have a higher education.
• Improving the capacity of
comprehension.
• It will be easier to do all kind of tasks in
every subject like English, Literature
etc.
• Not all the computers are updated.
• some schools do not have access
to internet or the internet is low.
• Sometimes one computer is used
by two or three students.
• Some schools in México have
computer center.
• Most of the time the WI-FI does
not work efficiently.
• The government just help some
schools with devices.
PROS CONS
Teachers • They are going to provide their
knowledge in technology.
• They could share many tools to
improve the academic skills in students
and the classes.
• The way to teach should be the
properly, neat and sophisticated.
• Not all the teachers are able to
teach about technology
• Some teachers do not have the
capacity of solving problems
during the class.
• It would be difficult for a teacher
who works in a school where the
equipment is not suitable.
Students • They will be able to handle
sophisticated tools.
• They will be able to solve problems
• They will have the best knowledge in
order to share with others.
• They will improve their digital skills by
practicing in a virtual world
• They would be able to create and
innovate devices.
• Some students are no interested to
learn and develop their education
technology.
• They do not mind to be educated
in a technology context.
• Most of the time, they are
conformist.
• They usually waste their time
doing other things in class (surfing
on networks)

Norwegian framework

  • 2. We propose that the best option to develop digital competences in Mexico would be “The Norwegian framework” which consists in:  Digital competence in Norway for teachers Digital competence is the teacher proficiency in using it in a professional context with good pedagogic-didactic judgment and his or her awareness of its implications for learning strategies and the digital building of pupils and students. (krumsvik, 2007)
  • 3. The framework is based on: NORWEGIAN FRAMEWORK MANDATOY IN EDUCATIONAL SYSTEM LAW SUPPORT SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT FOR TEACHERS
  • 4. 1. Law support: white paper and the general plan for teacher education in norway. 2. Teachers use technology focus on education and teaching. 3. They should be role models in the use of ict discovering learning possibilities for pupils and students.
  • 5. PRONS AND CONS PROS CONS Schools • The technology will increase in the classrooms and will help the students to have a higher education. • Improving the capacity of comprehension. • It will be easier to do all kind of tasks in every subject like English, Literature etc. • Not all the computers are updated. • some schools do not have access to internet or the internet is low. • Sometimes one computer is used by two or three students. • Some schools in México have computer center. • Most of the time the WI-FI does not work efficiently. • The government just help some schools with devices.
  • 6. PROS CONS Teachers • They are going to provide their knowledge in technology. • They could share many tools to improve the academic skills in students and the classes. • The way to teach should be the properly, neat and sophisticated. • Not all the teachers are able to teach about technology • Some teachers do not have the capacity of solving problems during the class. • It would be difficult for a teacher who works in a school where the equipment is not suitable. Students • They will be able to handle sophisticated tools. • They will be able to solve problems • They will have the best knowledge in order to share with others. • They will improve their digital skills by practicing in a virtual world • They would be able to create and innovate devices. • Some students are no interested to learn and develop their education technology. • They do not mind to be educated in a technology context. • Most of the time, they are conformist. • They usually waste their time doing other things in class (surfing on networks)
