Nocturnal animals come out at night to move around, feed, and rely on senses other than sight like smell and touch as many have poor vision. They include owls, bats, foxes, and badgers, which eat a variety of foods from insects to small animals depending on the species. Bats are the only flying mammals and have one pup per year while badgers live in groups of up to 14 adults.
