Opus Operis presented concept designs for housing projects in Scotland and Peru to their client, Malcom Macalister Construction company. For the Scotland project, they designed 5 terraced homes in Crail with stone cladding and green roofs that would suit families, within the client's limitations. For the Peru project, their multi-unit building concept focused on earthquake resistance, affordability, and space efficiency while fitting the neighborhood, using reinforced concrete and installing solar water heating. Both projects included budgets, timelines, and 3D renderings.
