Profile: I am a driven individual looking for an opportunity to start a new challenge in the sales, customer
service and telemarketing industry. My current job role includes liaising with customers of a multi-national
corporation generating both interest and appointments for representatives to generate sales for a new
service offered by this company. I have demonstrated fantastic customer service skills in my work
experience both from looking after elderly residents within a residential care home and dealing with high
profile customers in my current role. I have also demonstrated the ability to work in a high pressure target
driven environment both within a team of sixteen colleagues to achieve both daily and weekly targets in my
current role, and in my previous role with Roadchef as a supervisor running high pressure shifts at a busy
restaurant in one of the busiest motorway service stations in the UK.
I have proven to be a hard working tenacious employee and I am looking for the opportunity to develop

I was employed as a home healthcare assistant working within the community assisting nurses,
demonstrating excellent timekeeping skills when attending a service user appointment. I had to work using
my own initiative to overcome any issues in a professional manner when with a service user out on the
road.
• To act as a key worker for a number of service users. Ensuring that I greet any service user on
admission to the home and assist them to settle in.
• To assist the service users in personal care including washing, bathing, dressing and toilet needs.

included Duty Manager Shifts in which I was solely in management of the service stations four outlets
