a true friend should have. At first he refers to the term Kenzoku in the word Japanese which means
Family. He explains that many of us may have a true friend that can mean more like family to us.

H. J Mccloskey Argument
Eighteenth century Enlightenment philosophers believed that reason and science were the
foundation of truth; thereby, tradition, faith, and superstition were becoming obsolete. They felt
they were coming out of the darkness of medieval religion and into the light of reason. However,
rather than discovering true liberation after killing God, they had only succeeded in orphaning

was very prominent in American society. For example, Stephen Crane s widely read short story, The
Blue Hotel , exhibits many situations where discriminationdrives the plot forward.
Within the first few paragraphs of The Blue Hotel, the reader is promptly introduced to a situation
in which discrimination occurs, due to the description of the Palace Hotel. The author, Stephen
Crane, describes the color scheme of the hotel, which points out how different the hotel is to the
rest of the town, and proceeds to write that The Palace Hotel, then, looked always loud and
screaming in a way that made the bright winter scenes of Nebraska seem only a dull gray. (Crane,
26) Stephen s use of adjectives and style causes the Palace Hotel to seem foreign and almost as if

The legal definition of a duty of care and negligence is very complex. It primary concerns itself with
relationship between the defendant and the claimant, it must be established that there is an
obligation upon the defendant to take proper care to avoid causing injury to the claimant in all

Determining negligence is not always easy. Before 1932 there was no generalised duty of care in
negligence. The tort did exist but it was only applied in particular situations where the courts had

promising increases in their shares year over year (9to5Mac, 2017). Currently, the iPhone market
share is decreasing in China, the world s second largest economy after the U.S., which can be
attributed to new manufacturers and iPhone users delaying upgrades (9to5Mac, 2017). While all
products go through a product life cycle, Apple has already been through this cycle with at least
two products (Forbes, 2016). Currently, Apple has no backup to replace its vanguard iPhone
product. Adding to injury, the competing Huawei P9 phone compares well against the iPhone 7
and cost 30 percent cheaper than the iPhone (9to5Mac, 2017). In addition, cheaper android phones
that offer everything the iPhone does and sometimes more at fraction of the price are also gaining
market share rapidly (9to5Mac, 2017).
PROMOTION For the first time in over a decade, Apple reported a yearly decline in quarterly
revenue. This can be attributed in part to Apple s recent lack in marketing efforts (Linkedin, 2016).
Apple s advertising efforts once challenged consumer behavior and thus drove sales. The agency
