E-resources are materials in digital format accessible electronically. Usually
consisting of e-books, e-journals, databases, e-newspaper, e-thesis , e-reports
etc.

8. Access to e-resources
Access is the ability to identify, obtain and make use of information
effectively.
Access to e- resources can be done through various searching
techniques such as; subject, author, title and keyword for simple search
or Boolean Operators (AND, OR and NOT) for advanced search .
E-resources may contain just a citation, or a citation and abstract, or
a citation and full-text article that includes the abstract.
