32. Circulation /Reserve Section Performs the cycle of registration, charging, discharging, reserving, renewing and shelving of library materials in a timely and accurate manner. This section is also responsible for the Reserve Books collection. It houses the required reading materials of faculty members for students’ use.

33. Reference Section It is a gateway that should enable the clients to locate and access all possible and imaginable information resources. It is customer client focused, giving due attention to the importance of proactively identifying and communicating both the current users and non-users of the library. It is our window to the global information network.

34. Serials Section Serial Section is a host to subscribed journals, periodicals, magazines and newspapers.

35. Thesis Room The Thesis Room is a place where student theses can be located. The theses are strictly for room use only in order to protect the intellectual property rights of the students .

37. ERG Discussion Room The ERG Discussion Room serves as a venue for academic group discussion. It is a 40-seater fully air-conditioned facility with 4 cubicles equipped with writing boards.

Part-repository for book donations, and part-tambayan that is open to students, faculty and alumni as a place for reading, studying, surfing the internet or holding small group discussions . 40. The Learning Commons A “one-stop shop” facility. It offers access to the internet, e-journals, e-books, podcasts, podcasts. It also features an interactive multimedia and viewing room, e-book reading room, discussion room, and collaborative workstations.
