 to kick-start the reconstruction of the plant
 The sands retreatment plant refurbishment and
eventual operation is the first part of a holistic
‘C’ Mine Revival Plan.
 We intend to revive the whole plant, effecting
repairs to machinery, replacing broken piping,
fitting new pumps and motors
 We also intend to repair and replace all electrical
wiring and switch gear
 Effect repairs to the lifting equipment
 Re-line the Ball Mill
 Repair and replace Hydrocyclones and desanding
cones
 construction of the feed hopper
 Effect repairs and services to the knelson
concentrator
 effect repairs to the amalgam barrels and
copper plates
 Replace the pinion gear
 fabricate motor-gearbox coupling
 Recondition mill white metal bearings
 Repairing of all mill sumps

 Cleaning out of all containers, i.e. ,
thickener, leach tanks and the carbon tanks
 Removal of all junk metal from the tanks
 Repairs of the overflow line to the thickener
 Repairs to the thickener drive mechanisms
 Repairs to the thickener rakes
 Repairs to the thickener under-flow line
 Repairs to the thickener U/F pump and
motor
 Reconstruction of the leach tank feed line
 repairs the thickener walkways and platforms
 repairs to the leach tank platforms and
walkways
 Installation of mechanical agitators in leach
tanks complete with motors
 construction of a cyanide mixing tank
 replacement of leach tank interconnectors
 Installation of the 3/2 transfer pump and
motor and pipe lines
 repair all agitators in carbon tanks
 repair all platforms and walkways on carbon
tanks
 replace all pipelines on the carbon tanks
 repair the carbon trommel screen and motor
 repair and replace all electrical wiring and
switchgear in the section
 reconstruct the carbon scavenging screen
 installation of the slimes dam pump and pipe
line
 repairs and reconstruction of the current
slimes dam
 repairs of the catwalk
 repairs of the penstock
 repairs of the barren water line
 repairs of the barren water tank and pump
and motor
 protection of the environment is essential at
every point of the project
 Rehabilitation of the laboratory
 purchase of a compressor
 purchase of front-end loaders



This phase involves what is happening on the
ground right now:
 Cleaning muck out of all containers
 repairs to the pinion gear
 refabrication of the gear box coupling
 relining of the ball mill
 installation of the discharge pumps
 repairs of the hydrocyclones
 repairs of the electrical wiring and
switchgear
 repairs to the lifting equipment
 construction of the main feed hopper
 repairs and replacement of all pipe works
 repairs of all platforms and gangways on the
leach and adsorption section
 repairs to the thickener equipment
 Installation of mechanical agitators complete
with motors in the leach tanks
 fitting of all pumps in the two sections and
piping
 Repairs to all agitators in carbon tanks
 Repairs to all electricals
 Installation of carbon retention screens
 Repairs of the carbon trommel screen

 Construction of a vibrating screen for carbon

This is a 6 ½ * 8 ft Ball Mill. It requires
 relining
 and the relining costs $75,000,00
 Feed hopper must be constructed at a cost to
be advised by the contracting partner
 An initial estimate is valued at $10,000,00
 The refabrication of this unit is estimated at
$5,000,00 according to a quotation from
Nimr and Chapman
 This unit is estimated to cost at $31,000,00
according to quotation by Nimr and Chapman
 This is estimated at $7,000,00
