1. Duties and Responsibilities
• Installation and replacement of pumps (centrifugal, multi-stage and
vacuumpumps)- Impellers (both closed and open)Bearing and seals
• Shaft alignment to the electric motorf)
• Boiler plant – Ecoomizer, steam drum, mud drum, super heater zone, bankzone and
furnace. - Operation of the boilers.
• Repair of; Hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders.
• Turbine/Alternator/Generator Maintenance and servicing.
• Servicing and maintenance of Newholland tractors, trucks and hauling belts(cats
• Fabrication of mechanical spares using Arc and gas welding
• .Operating of patch production 1-2 kilogram production machine2

• helping in sceduling pmm plan
