Who I am is currently an undergraduate student pursing a Bachelor degree in English
Language, however, I am seeking employment to parallel my studies. Since graduating
high school in 2007, I have been either continuously employed or enrolled in college.
Almost the entirety of my work experience consists of customer-oriented fields of
service. I have extensive knowledge on the methods in which to draw in, read,
understand and de-fuse the average customer. I believe in treating the consumer with
unforgettable respect that entices them to return, as I have learned from experience,
that people will often select their shopping sources with those experiences in mind.
Whether it is via phone or in person, I try my best not to only make the customer
satisfied, but make them smile. Because when they smile, they remember you.
