Re: Diana O’Meara
Ms. O’Meara has worked for me since November 1, 2015. I also knew her while she was
working for RealTime Laboratory. During the time she worked in the latter capacity she
provided good quality service to me and my patients, leading to my decision to hire her when
she was leaving there.
She made a good transition, quickly learning the complex tasks needed in my office. In
mid February 2016, my office began a transition from private practice to my working as a
consultant and educator to physicians, other health professionals and nationally through
various means, to assist people affected by chemical illness.
Ms. O’Meara has demonstrated very courteous service to my patients, including ones
that have cognitive and/or personality challenges related to chronic illness of toxic origin. She
has good computer skills and was able to prepare correspondence, give timely reminders,
retrieve and send information by email to colleagues, patients and for website installation. She
coordinated patient transitions in a remarkably smooth, kind and efficient manner. She
handled various types of individual and group letters as well as package mailings.
She was efficient at training other staff on computer skills, information retrieval, office
organization and other skills of a professional level office manager. She successfully and
professionally managed human resource issues and provided valuable human resources
information.
She demonstrated knowledge and ability in areas of assisting people with problems
related to mold, mycotoxins, and/or chemical illness.
I would definitely recommend her in the above areas of expertise.
Sincerely, Grace Ziem, M.D. DrPH
