NEW HIRE GUIDELINES
How to be successful with staff 4 houston
WHAT TO EXPECT FROM STAFF 4
HOUSTON
 Match you to assignments based on your qualifications, salary
requirements, medical accommodations, and transportation
 Updates on your hiring process with a client
 Physically inspect the work site for any potential hazards.
 Conduct post-accident/incident investigations
 Review and address any performance issues received by client
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
 If I will be late or cannot make it to work, I will contact S4H as soon as
possible so we can call the client
 We are your employer, we make the final decision to terminate your
assignments.
 If your assignment is terminated, do not question the client, managers
or employees on the work site.
 Make sure your hours are turned in every Monday by 5 pm on a
approved S4H time sheet
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU, CONT.
 A no call no show tells us you quit the agency and disqualifies you from
working with the agency
 Keep in mind your employment with us can be terminated at any time
without a reason
 Texas is a at-will employment state
CELLPHONE POLICY
 Acceptable reasons to contact me outside of business hours ( Monday to
Friday 8 am to 5 pm) :
 You are on a current assignment and you need to notify me that you are
running late, lost or cant make it
 Unacceptable reasons: your hours, available openings, missing check, you need
to vent to someone
