In this section, we look at the significant benefits Vietnam stands to enjoy by pursuing a path of modernization built on New Energy science - as well as the dangers of failing to do so.
In this section, we examine the essential aspects of a comprehensive strategy for introducing new, "Zero Point" energy technologies to Vietnam. These aspects include labor, media, education, foreign relations, and spiritual considerations.
New Energy technologies are enabling revolutions in many fields of science and academia according to a presentation by the Saigon New Energy Group. These include antigravity research, healthcare advances like slowing aging and speeding healing, nanotechnology such as creating machines that harvest quantum energy, and improvements to history studies by revealing ancient civilizations also had some knowledge of zero-point energy. The presentation argues that adopting new energy now in Vietnam could improve living standards, public health, transportation, national security, and economic growth.
We examine the role that social activists - including those in the environment and public health movements - can play in the New Energy revolution. "New Energy" is not energy from the sun or the wind, and it's also not from fossil fuels or nuclear fission. Instead, it is a new form of energy harnessed from the quantum vacuum of space. It's safe, cheap, and virtually limitless - and it's going to power to our civilization to previously unimaginable heights in this century.
This is Part I of a four-part seminar series on New Energy. Designed for university audiences in Vietnam, we hope it has a general appeal to anyone interested in revolutionary energy solutions. Part I serves as an introduction to the seminar series, establishing the definition and nature of Zero Point Energy, and distinguishing it from mainstream "alternative energy" sources like solar and wind power. The basis of the twentieth-century secrecy regime surrounding New Energy is also discussed as a prelude to Part II, which covers the History of New Energy.
The science of New Energy - also called Zero Point Energy or energy from the quantum vacuum - is starting to change the way we think about transportation. By the year 2100, wheeled transport will largely be a thing of the past and antigravity propulsion makes roads and bridges unnecessary. In the nearer term, we can begin looking forward to the day when we will run our cars and motorcycles on water instead of gasoline.

Renewable Energy and other Money Saving secrets for your home.GreenEcoLiving
In today’s economy, there are more reasons than ever to cut your energy bill. One of
the most popular ways to do so is to invest in renewable energy to power all or part of
your home. But, even if you don’t have the resources to install a full photovoltaic solar
kit on your roof, there are dozens of other ways to cut your bills, save money, and
generally be more kind to Mother Earth.
This document provides an introduction and overview of renewable energy sources. It discusses how renewable energy harnesses natural resources like sunlight, wind and water to generate power, unlike fossil fuels which are finite. The document outlines the main types of renewable energy: solar power, wind power, hydropower, and biofuels. It notes that while renewable energy is better for the environment, limitations remain regarding availability and costs. Further chapters will provide more details on each renewable energy type, their advantages and disadvantages, and the future potential of renewable sources.
Solar energy is helping pave the way for a greener future by saving money and reducing dependence on limited natural resources. While nature has provided for human needs, overexploitation of resources has caused irreparable damage. Shifting focus to solar power can help meet energy needs sustainably as it is natural, abundant, and can generate electricity without pollution. Solar energy can also help electrify remote areas and lower electricity bills. Initial costs of solar units are not as high as perceived once discounts and rebates are considered, and the money is earned back in savings over time.
Philippines the solar power capital of the world - no colored designArnulfo Laniba
The document proposes a vision to make the Philippines the solar power capital of the world by implementing three proposals: 1) Install solar panels on every home to power the home and sell excess power back to electric companies, turning homes into mini power producers. 2) Power vehicles with solar panels on the vehicles. 3) Export solar power to other countries through underwater transmission lines or batteries. It discusses Germany and Japan as examples and proposes partnering with electric cooperatives and solar companies to implement the plans within 7 years through financing installations and purchasing excess power. The benefits mentioned include health, savings, and environmental improvements.
The document discusses the environmental concerns surrounding nuclear energy. It provides an overview of why there is a need for clean energy sources, examines nuclear energy as a potential option, and explores the risks involved, including analyzing case studies on past nuclear accidents. The document also considers whether nuclear energy would be suitable for Singapore through an assignment asking students to discuss the arguments for and against its use to meet the country's energy needs.
- Tri Alpha Energy is a small, secretive company that operates a prototype fusion reactor in an unassuming office park building in Orange County, California.
- The company was founded over 10 years ago and is one of several private startups now working on fusion energy, taking a more nimble, rapid approach compared to large government-funded projects.
- If successful, fusion energy would revolutionize the world's energy supply by providing an abundant, clean source of power without pollution or long-lived nuclear waste. It could help mitigate climate change.
This document discusses the challenges of addressing climate change and transitioning to renewable energy sources on a global scale. It notes that climate change will have severe negative impacts on the world's poorest people by disrupting agriculture. It also explains that reducing the price of energy could do more than any other single factor to reduce poverty. However, transitioning to renewable energy while bringing carbon dioxide emissions to net zero poses enormous technological and logistical challenges. The document analyzes four factors - population, services, energy efficiency, and carbon intensity of energy sources - that must all be addressed to achieve the goal of net zero emissions. It evaluates options like carbon capture and storage, nuclear power, wind/solar/hydro, and concludes that major technological
This document summarizes an article that argues for recycling used nuclear fuel in the United States. It begins by noting that the US currently has over 65,000 metric tons of used nuclear fuel in temporary storage, with no long-term plan for disposal. The article then makes the case that recycling used fuel through reprocessing is a viable option that has been successfully implemented in other countries. Recycling could optimize repository space needs and potentially eliminate the need for additional repositories. It also transforms waste into a valuable energy resource. Developing a pilot recycling plant could generate thousands of direct and indirect jobs and billions in economic investment for host states. The article urges considering recycling as part of an integrated used fuel management strategy.
The document discusses future energy sources and needs. It outlines various renewable and non-renewable energy sources including geothermal, hydro, wind, solar, biomass, fission, and fusion. It notes coal currently provides almost half of America's energy and intends to examine the advantages, disadvantages, current and projected energy usage, and health effects of different energy sources. Bibliographic references are provided.
Nuclear energy works by splitting uranium atoms through fission to produce heat, which boils water to create steam that powers turbines for electricity generation. It has advantages of being very energy dense and producing no greenhouse gases, but produces radioactive waste that must be safely stored. While concerns exist around waste and safety, nuclear energy could play an important role in meeting future energy demand and reducing carbon emissions. The report provides background on how nuclear reactors function and issues around expanding nuclear power.
This document discusses ways to reduce electricity consumption in homes through alternatives like solar water heating, photovoltaics, LED/CFL lighting. Solar water heating uses the sun's energy to heat water and can replace electric geysers. Photovoltaics generate electricity from sunlight that can power homes and lower costs. LED and CFL lights use less energy than traditional bulbs and last longer. Adopting these renewable energy sources and efficient technologies can reduce costs and reliance on coal to generate electricity.
The document discusses different forms of energy and how people use energy. It explains that energy can cause matter to move or change and comes from different sources like the sun or heat. It also discusses how people use energy forms like heat, light, and electricity to power everyday items like cooking food, lighting homes, and using appliances. Electricity is then changed into other energy types by various household items and machines. The document finally outlines some methods used to produce electricity from other energy forms like water, wind, and solar power.
Nuclear power is a part of the solution that produced huge amount of electricity and has low emission of gases that cause climate change.Let's support green energy for our future generation.
This document discusses the feasibility and challenges of nuclear energy. It provides background on the history of nuclear energy and its various uses. It then describes the key components of nuclear technology like fuel, moderators, control rods, coolants, pressure vessels and containment structures. It discusses different nuclear power generation methods and the financial and environmental implications of nuclear energy. It focuses on fast breeder technology and generation IV/V+ reactors as promising technologies to address issues and further nuclear power. It also examines the current scenario of nuclear technology in India and the scope for its growth alongside renewables to meet increasing energy demands sustainably.
The document summarizes the timeline of a project called Active Energy from 2007-2017 which aimed to develop renewable energy technologies from the Thames River in London. It began when an artist was commissioned to work with older community members called the Geezers to explore this idea. Over the years, the project gained funding and partners to conduct research and workshops. Key milestones included installing a small turbine on a community building in 2010, testing a prototype in the Thames in 2013, and finally constructing and installing a floating water wheel at Three Mills in 2016-2017 to generate renewable energy from the river.
Solar energy has been powering the Earth since the beginning of time by fueling photosynthesis and driving weather patterns. While humans have historically relied on fossil fuels, solar technology now allows capturing the sun's energy through thermal heating and photovoltaic panels to generate electricity, providing a clean and renewable alternative. As fossil fuels contribute to climate change, solar energy offers a zero-emissions solution with widespread potential to meet global energy demand.
Nuclear Energy Myths and Realities by Soumya Duttasambhaavnaa
The document discusses several myths and realities about nuclear (fission) energy. It argues that nuclear energy has not become a major energy source as projected, is not low-cost, and resources are limited. Safety is also a concern, as events like Chernobyl demonstrate the dangers of nuclear power accidents. The document claims that nuclear energy is not as clean or sustainable an energy source as often portrayed.
This document discusses solar energy, including what it is, its various forms, and how it can be harnessed and used. Solar energy comes from radiation from the sun, which can produce heat, cause chemical reactions, or generate electricity. It is captured using solar panels, which convert sunlight into electricity through either photovoltaics or concentrated solar power. Solar energy has various applications including generating electricity, heating buildings and water, cooking, and powering vehicles. While free, the costs of collecting, converting, and storing solar energy have limited its use, though it is more affordable over the long run and has benefits like being clean and renewable.

This document discusses applications of zero-point energy (ZPE) technology, including a solution for nuclear waste disposal. It notes that over 430 nuclear reactors are currently operating worldwide, producing nuclear waste that is difficult to store and poses risks for thousands of years. However, ZPE enables the transmutation of radioactive elements in nuclear waste into less dangerous or harmless isotopes through processes like low-energy nuclear reactions and plasmoid strikes. Scientists have discovered this can work to transmute the radioactive elements in nuclear fuel rods. This provides a solution for the nuclear waste problem at power plants worldwide.
In this section, we see how New Energy science helps us move toward a workable Unified Field Theory; how it helps us to understand Zero Point Energy as the mysterious "dark energy" cosmologists have long posited; and how the Big Bang most likely never happened.
In this section, we see how New Energy inventors are using energy from the quantum vacuum - also called Zero Point Energy - to create coherence in the otherwise random and sloshing "Quantum Foam" as described by John Wheeler.
The fourth area of modern science we consider fundamental to understanding and applying New Energy -- also called Zero Point Energy. This is the field of Quantum Electrodynamics.

In this section, we look at how recent advances in the New Energy science of Low-Energy Nuclear Reactions (LENRs, also often called 'cold fusion') promise to help us clean up the world's radioactive waste by transmuting dangerous radioactive isotopes into safer elements.
We examine the role that artists, poets, and songwriters can play in the New Energy revolution.
The ninth science topic in our survey of groundbreaking New Energy sciences that allow us to extract clean, limitless energy from the quantum vacuum. This topic is Low-Energy Nuclear Reactions, also known by the name Cold Fusion.
In this section, we see how New Energy inventors are using energy from the quantum vacuum - also called Zero Point Energy - to create coherence in the otherwise random and sloshing "Quantum Foam" as described by John Wheeler.
One of the important discoveries of New Energy scientists over the past two decades has been that Planck's values for mass, time, and length are probably not constant as was once believed. They only seemed constant because humanity had yet to find effective ways of varying the density of the Zero Point Field in a given area. Now that we are developing this ability, many fascinating new technologies are on the horizon.
In this section, we examine how the New Energy science of Low-Energy Nuclear Reactions (LENR) is allowing the transmutation of dangerous radioactive isotopes into far less dangerous elements. This technology promises to be of much help in cleaning up the Fukushima mess, as well as in safely disposing up spent nuclear fuel rods around the world.
We examine the role that investors and businessmen can play in the New Energy revolution. "New Energy" is not energy from the sun or the wind, and it's also not from fossil fuels or nuclear fission. This document is part 3 of a seminar on new energy for Vietnam. It will discuss the science behind new energy by answering 4 questions: (1) how we know zero point energy exists, (2) how its existence improves our understanding of nature, (3) how we can access it, and (4) what we can do with it. It will overview 12 key theories in physics that are important for developing new energy applications, including quantum mechanics, electrodynamics, and theories around low-energy nuclear reactions. The goal is to make information about discoveries in new energy physics available to Vietnamese scientists since this information is often excluded from textbooks by petroleum and nuclear power industries.
This document discusses sources of confusion around renewable energy. It argues that politicians promote renewables as providing huge benefits, but their production actually depends on the existing fossil fuel system. Renewables make up a very small percentage of global energy compared to fossil fuels. They are difficult to scale up due to high costs and limited resources. The value of intermittent renewables like wind and solar is difficult to calculate, and they do not fully replace existing fossil fuels. While some renewables can be cost effective, overall they do not meet energy demands in the way needed to replace fossil fuels. Sustainable development is not truly possible in a finite world, and economic growth cannot continue indefinitely.
This document discusses solar energy and how it works. It talks about three sources (A, C, and C) that discuss different aspects of solar energy. Source A talks about how solar energy works to create electricity or heat water/air. Source C discusses the solar revolution but mentions issues with efficiency and battery storage. Source C also talks about how rising oil prices will drive changes that improve the solar energy system and market. The document states that solar power is clean and will eventually cost less than oil. It also briefly mentions that solar energy and fusion are ultimate solutions.

Here are the key points about how the US has converted to the metric system:
- The US is one of the only remaining countries that does not use the metric system as its primary system of measurement. Most other countries adopted the metric system in the late 18th/early 19th century.
- In 1866, Congress passed a Joint Resolution stating that the metric system of measurement should be introduced into the United States "as soon as the same can be done without causing detriment to its business interests." However, no serious action was taken at that time.
- In 1975, the Metric Conversion Act was passed, declaring metric as the preferred system for trade and commerce in the US. It established the US Metric Board to coordinate the
The document discusses electricity access challenges in developing nations, particularly in rural and remote areas with scattered populations and little economic activity. Extending electric grids to these areas is often the most feasible solution but is limited by high costs. Hybrid energy systems using renewable sources like solar, wind and hydroelectric power will play a key role in meeting future electricity demand in a sustainable way. However, power from intermittent renewable sources requires energy storage systems to balance energy generation with load demand.

This document discusses the potential for water to be used as a future fuel source. It provides a brief history of water fuel research dating back to Jules Verne in 1874. Recent applications of water fuel technology include electricity generation, hydrogen production, and fuel efficiency boosters. The science behind extracting energy from water involves using catalysts to extract hydrogen or producing charged water clusters. While water is abundant on Earth, major challenges include the fact that most water is seawater and retrofitting existing engines. The presentation calls for further research and engineering to develop water as a practical fuel.
PPT on Direct Seeded Rice presented at the three-day 'Training and Validation Workshop on Modules of Climate Smart Agriculture (CSA) Technologies in South Asia' workshop on April 22, 2024.
The technology uses reclaimed CO₂ as the dyeing medium in a closed loop process. When pressurized, CO₂ becomes supercritical (SC-CO₂). In this state CO₂ has a very high solvent power, allowing the dye to dissolve easily.
The binding of cosmological structures by massless topological defectsSérgio Sacani
Assuming spherical symmetry and weak field, it is shown that if one solves the Poisson equation or the Einstein field
equations sourced by a topological defect, i.e. a singularity of a very specific form, the result is a localized gravitational
field capable of driving flat rotation (i.e. Keplerian circular orbits at a constant speed for all radii) of test masses on a thin
spherical shell without any underlying mass. Moreover, a large-scale structure which exploits this solution by assembling
concentrically a number of such topological defects can establish a flat stellar or galactic rotation curve, and can also deflect
light in the same manner as an equipotential (isothermal) sphere. Thus, the need for dark matter or modified gravity theory is
mitigated, at least in part.

The cost of acquiring information by natural selectionCarl Bergstrom
This is a short talk that I gave at the Banff International Research Station workshop on Modeling and Theory in Population Biology. The idea is to try to understand how the burden of natural selection relates to the amount of information that selection puts into the genome.
It's based on the first part of this research paper:

ESR spectroscopy in liquid food and beverages.pptxPRIYANKA PATEL
With increasing population, people need to rely on packaged food stuffs. Packaging of food materials requires the preservation of food. There are various methods for the treatment of food to preserve them and irradiation treatment of food is one of them. It is the most common and the most harmless method for the food preservation as it does not alter the necessary micronutrients of food materials. Although irradiated food doesn’t cause any harm to the human health but still the quality assessment of food is required to provide consumers with necessary information about the food. ESR spectroscopy is the most sophisticated way to investigate the quality of the food and the free radicals induced during the processing of the food. ESR spin trapping technique is useful for the detection of highly unstable radicals in the food. The antioxidant capability of liquid food and beverages in mainly performed by spin trapping technique.
3. Now you know a lot about what Zero Point
Energy is, the history of its development
over the last century, and the latest
scientific developments in New Energy
science & applications
4. In our final section today, we will be discussing
how you, your university, and your friends,
relatives & colleagues can all get involved in
bringing the New Energy revolution to Vietnam
5. Friends, let us emphasize that now is
the really critical time for introducing
New Energy to Vietnam
10. With New Energy, we will sharply reduce
pollution and increase agricultural
production, all while enjoying lower
prices for virtually everything
11. Antigravity technology will allow us to live
in the countryside but work in the city
because, at 40,000 km/h, you can feasibly
travel a few thousand km to go to work
12. And with antigravity
spacecraft that are
*made in Vietnam*,
we will be able to
move some of our
population off-planet
in this century
13. We hear the next big opportunities in
real estate are on the Moon and Mars!
14. Of course, our expanding population and
desire for a modern lifestyle means we
need more energy each year
21. To do more would cause droughts in
some areas and flooding in others
22.
23. And create conflict between those
communities that get water once we’ve
stopped up a river and those communities
whose water is taken away
24. Solar & wind power are fine for the
next decade to get us through to LENR
and other ZPE systems
25. But solar & wind power depend too much on
climate and they are expensive & unpredictable
26. Also, the sun won’t shine brighter and the
wind won’t blow stronger if you ask them to.
Try it!
27. Biomass is a good way to use up our
agricultural waste, but the amount of this
waste is limited and burning it in biomass-
fired power plants is dirty and smelly
28. Some people have proposed that we even
burn healthy crops to make electricity
instead of food, but that is insanity
34. They have been used before
• Do you remember the Myanmar tsunami?
35. This means that even if the workers at
the Ninh Thuan nuclear energy facility
follow all safety procedures strictly,
China or another hostile country could
use scalar weapons to make that
facility a virtual “nuclear bomb”
36. At the very least, we need to use New Energy
technologies to immediately transmute and
clean up the used nuclear fuel rods at the
Ninh Thuan facility
37. Let’s not follow other countries’
example and let those things stack up
in Ninh Thuan for 50 years
38. But an even better solution would be to
convert it to a New Energy facility using
safe, room-temperature Low-Energy
Nuclear Reactions, i.e. “cold fusion”
39. Already, we see that China is violating
Vietnam’s territorial integrity to get
fossil fuels
40. But they are only doing that because
fossil fuels are so valuable
(unless they have another reason
entirely… which we think likely)
41. When the New Energy revolution takes hold,
the “Hai Duong 981” oil rig will be practically
worthless for its ability to extract oil
42. Thus, developing New Energy
is a way to protect Vietnam’s
sovereignty and independence
43. If Vietnam doesn’t start developing
New Energy now, it will become
dependent on foreign countries for
energy technology
44. And the experience of the last 50 years is
that these countries will never share with
Vietnam their best energy technology
45. Instead,
Vietnam will
pay high prices
for inefficient,
outdated
systems that
don’t produce
enough energy
for strong
economic
growth
46. If we want to do it right, we have to do
it ourselves
47. That doesn’t mean we shouldn’t cooperate
with foreign scientists or energy companies;
it just means that we have to take
responsibility for our own destiny
48. And put ourselves in a position
of leadership in the
New Energy movement
49. If we can do that, we will bring
Vietnam into a whole new world
50. What will that world be like?
How can we envision a Vietnam
transformed by Zero Point Energy
applications?
51. With New Energy, we can expect
improvements in many aspects of our
individual lives and our society.
52. We’re not claiming
it will be a paradise.
Humans still struggle to make ethnical
decisions and use technology wisely.
53. Some people are bound to misuse
New Energy technologies, so we need
to continually update our laws and
regulations to deter people from using
New Energy irresponsibly.
54. But in general, New Energy will
improve our individual experiences on
this planet and bring many benefits to
our families and communities.
56. And thus lower financial barriers to
starting a business
57. It means people will more easily be
able to meet their basic needs for food
production, housing, and healthcare
58. And thus fewer people will need to
borrow money from banks and
become indebted
59. It means we can spend more time doing
creative things we enjoy, instead of
exhausting ourselves in mind-numbing jobs
as wage-slaves of large corporations
60. It means that using technology will be
much easier, without needing to
connect everything to an electrical grid
61. It means the State Budget will save lots of
money, because it won’t need to invest in
roads, bridges, tunnels, or other
infrastructure that was needed in the old
“wheeled transport” paradigm
62. Super-fast transportation without the need
to “refuel” will integrate our economy
within Vietnam and with our ASEAN
partners like never before
67. And we can use
this time to
develop our
talents, have fun
with family and
friends, and center
ourselves
spiritually
68. The pressure to work long hours at boring
jobs we hate will gradually diminish
69. And with it, we can expect the
psychological health of the populace
to improve
70. We’ll be able to grow fruits and vegetables
close to home – and with no or very little
chemical fertilizers and pesticides
71. Meaning we’ll be
eating clean, fresh,
healthy foods at low
cost, instead of eating
more expensive foods
full of chemicals that
were grown by
strangers hundreds of
km away
72. Or manufactured on an assembly line
as a “biological experiment” for your
digestive system
73. Along with more nutritious food,
healthcare advances will help us live
longer and feel better
75. With New Energy, the world will be a
lot more fun than it is today.
So why would you want to check out
at just 80 years old?
76. Most fundamentally, New Energy will
allow Vietnam – and the rest of the
world – to transition from an era of
economic scarcity to an era of
economic plentitude
77. When Karl Marx wrote his seminal book
Das Kapital, he envisioned a future
society that was egalitarian, non-
exploitative, advanced, and modern
78. The economic bounty that New Energy
can provide will help to make these
aspects of Marx’s dream a reality
79. Those of you here today who learned
Marxism-Leninism in school can
conceive of New Energy as a way of
bringing a fairer, more egalitarian and
yet modern society about
80. In the remainder of this seminar, we’d
like to talk about 3 things that will help
make New Energy a reality in Vietnam.
• A strategy for Vietnam’s New Energy
revolution
• What you can do to introduce New Energy
here
• How we can fund and finance the rollout of
New Energy
