Instructions
• Sign the Service Agreement
-NOTE: This does not obligate you to use our services.
• Fill out one or both of:
-The Credit Information Form. Use this form if you would
like to be invoiced*. This takes 2-3 business days for our
Credit Committee to review.
-The Credit Card Pre-Pay Form. Use this form if you need
to order right away.
• Fax the completed and signed forms back to us

5. Employee Arrives
• CCC employee will arrive with their personnel folder
containing all the documents required by licensing
• Sign the employee’s time sheet and keep a copy for your
records
• Employee will return time sheet to CCC for processing,
payroll and billing
6. What We Ask
• Minimum of four hours per person per order
• Minimum 24 hour order cancellation notice
• Check timesheet for accuracy before signing
(billing will reflect timesheet info)
• Please provide feedback on employee performance
• Abide by the terms of your service agreement
• Contact CCC to make arrangements for a permanent
placement
• Note: Service requests are not guaranteed and are
dependent upon availability of CCC staff

Category Qualifications
• 18+ years old and high school diploma
(No / limited experience)
• One of the following qualification levels:
o A bachelor’s degree in ECE*.
o A non-ECE* bachelor’s degree including 30 credit hours
in ECE* coursework and one year of experience with
children.
o An associate’s degree in ECE* and two years of
experience with children.
o An associate’s degree including 30 credit hours in ECE*
and three years of experience with children.
• Assistant Group
Supervisor
• High school diploma plus one of the following
qualification levels:
o 30 credit hours in ECE*.
o 600 or more hours of secondary training described in §
3270.31(c) (relating to age and training).
o 15 credit hours in ECE* and one year of experience with
children.
o Completion of a post-secondary training curriculum
described in § 3270.31(c).
o Two years of experience with children.
* By ECE we mean early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education or the human services field

• Employee joins your payroll immediately
• Start a 12-week temp-to-perm conversion period
• At the end of 12 weeks the temp switches to your
payroll with no placement fee
• Lets you see the employee in action before
deciding if you want to hire them
• You can switch out underperforming employees
without restarting the 12 weeks

9. Tips for Working
With Subs
• Introduce sub to other staff members and give them a name tag
• Do an orientation including: where to put personal belongings,
location of bathrooms, break/lunch times & procedures
• Create a folder or info sheet for subs with details such as:
– Daily schedule
– Discipline policy
– Indoor/outdoor rules
– Nap room procedures
– Any uncommon practices or procedures
– Emergency procedures
– List of children with special needs
