This document presents a case report of a 23-year-old male with a solitary neurofibroma on the hard palate that mimicked a salivary gland neoplasm. Histopathological examination of the excised tissue showed features of a neurofibroma including abundant spindle cells positive for vimentin, CD34, and S100. A diagnosis of solitary neurofibroma was made, and no recurrence was observed on follow-up visits. Neurofibromas can be difficult to diagnose and require clinical, histological, and immunohistochemical examination to differentiate from other spindle cell tumors.
