This document summarizes three parables from the Bible about finding something that was lost: the lost sheep, the lost coin, and the lost son. In each parable, there is great rejoicing over finding what was lost. The parables teach that there is joy in heaven over one sinner who repents, just as there is joy over finding a lost sheep or coin. The longest parable is about a father who celebrates the return of his lost son and forgives him, despite his son wasting his inheritance.

The Philippine Informal Reading Inventory (PIRI) is a reading assessment tool developed by the Philippine Department of Education to evaluate reading proficiency among elementary school students. It measures word recognition, reading speed, and comprehension through oral and silent reading tests in both English and Filipino. Philippine Informal Reading Inventory (Phil Iri)

The Philippine Informal Reading Inventory (PIRI) is a reading assessment tool developed by the Department of Education to measure reading proficiency among elementary students. It assesses word recognition, comprehension, and reading speed through stories and passages in both English and Filipino. The PIRI evaluates students' reading at literal, interpretive, critical, and applied level questions. It categorizes students as independent, instructional, or frustration readers based on benchmarks for word recognition, comprehension, and reading speed. The PIRI provides forms and procedures for administering the assessment and interpreting student performance.

Motivation refers to factors that arouse, direct, and sustain human behavior. There are several theories of motivation, including drive theory which proposes that internal drives or needs push people towards goals, and incentive theory which suggests that external rewards or goals pull people to act. Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory also explains motivation and proposes that people are motivated to fulfill lower level basic needs before pursuing higher level growth needs. Managers can create a motivating work climate by setting clear expectations, being fair and consistent, developing teamwork, recognizing contributions, allowing autonomy and growth, and addressing individual needs and values.
