2. • PayPort is a product of Tyler Technologies.
• PayPort is used in Maine, Colorado, Idaho, and other states.
• There is no charge to municipalities to use PayPort except $130
for the card swipe machine.
• Portal fee or convenience fee charged to the customer is 2.5%.
• You can accept payments in person, over the phone, or online.

• Action – Receipt or refund
