Ingredients:
•Wholegrain dinner roll
•Ham Eggs Paprika
•Baby Spinach
•Grated Cheddar Cheese
•Chopped Parsley
Method;
1. Cut the top third off the rolls and
scoop out most of the bread
2. Line each roll with a piece of ham and
spinach leaves
3. Crack an egg into each roll. Sprinkle
with cheese, parsley and paprika.
4. Bake at 180° C for 15 minutes or until
the rolls and cheese are golden

•Olive oil
hot
•1 onion, finely chopped
•1 clove of garlic, crushed
•1 medium potato, peeled and diced
•3 cups chicken stock
•500 g frozen peas
•Parsley from NCKG for garnish
•Crusty bread
Method:
1. Heat olive oil in sauce pan and cook the
onions until soft
2. Add garlic and cook for one minute
3. Add potato and stock. Cover sauce pan and
bring mixture to boil
4. Reduce heat and simmer to 10 minutes until
potato is tender
5. Add peas, boil mixture for 5 minutes
6. Cool and puree in a food processor
7. Ladle soup into bowls and garnish with
parsley
8. Serve with slices of crust bread
