1. Narrative Essay Conclusion Example
Crafting an essay on the topic of "Narrative Essay Conclusion Example" can be a challenging
task that demands a delicate balance of creativity, coherence, and insightful reflection. The
conclusion of a narrative essay is particularly crucial as it serves as the final impression on the
reader, wrapping up the story or experience in a meaningful and satisfying way.
One of the difficulties lies in summarizing the key points and emotions expressed throughout the
essay without being repetitive. The conclusion should bring a sense of closure to the narrative
while leaving a lasting impact on the reader. Achieving this balance requires careful consideration
of the overall tone, pacing, and the message you want to convey.
Furthermore, crafting an effective conclusion entails revisiting the central theme or message of
the narrative and emphasizing its significance. This often involves drawing connections between
the experiences narrated and broader themes or lessons that resonate with a larger audience.
Striking the right chord in this aspect can be intricate, requiring a deep understanding of the
narrative's underlying purpose.
In addition, ensuring that the conclusion flows seamlessly from the preceding paragraphs is
crucial for maintaining the essay's overall coherence. Awkward transitions or abrupt endings can
detract from the impact of the narrative and leave the reader feeling unsatisfied. Achieving a
smooth and natural progression towards the conclusion can be a meticulous process that
demands careful attention to detail.
Despite these challenges, writing a compelling conclusion for a narrative essay offers the
opportunity to leave a lasting impression on the reader. It allows for creative expression,
reflection, and the reinforcement of the essay's central message. With patience and thoughtful
consideration, one can navigate the complexities of crafting a conclusion that not only effectively
concludes the narrative but also leaves a lasting impact on the audience.

2. Different Types Of Management Positions Essay
Organizations have many types of employees. Some employees work on work on
specific tasks and are not accountable for anyone but themselves. The work, they do
is supervised by a manager, who is overseen by another supervisor or manager and
this continues on until one reaches the top level of management. A manager in an
organization is a supervisor who oversees and directs the work of their employees in
the organization. The three core levels of managementinclude, but are not limited to
top level management, middle management, and first level management (Daft, 2014).
This essay will cover the different types of management positions that each type of
manager holds, and accountabilities of each level of management.
The top level of management hierarchy is called top management. Some job titles
at this level are called president, vice president, managing director and chief
executive officer, which these managers usually have many years of experience and
they have a very public occupation. If a deposition or press conference is being held
they are the ones that are addressed. Top level managers do not deal with the day to
day business activities, but are more concerned with setting goals and developing
policies that ensure the company is running the most efficiently it can. For example,
the goals will include company profitability, employee retention, growth or expansion
and increased efficiency. Top level managers of an organazation set goals, determine

Abstract:
Gerard Manley Hopkins (1844 1889) was held to be a priestly metaphor of Victorian
Poetry and a syntactical simile of Modern Poetry. He had prophetically been in search
of the authentic cadence that paved the way for his spiritual fulfillment. Hopkins
motivation is to know God; therefore, ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Mounted in the scarlet he saw the world and worded it in his poems, never blurring
its hard actuality, but never debasing to mere actuality its ultimately mysterious news
of God. As an incomprehensible certainty he reverenced God, and in his best works
every aspect of poetic language incarnates without limiting that inscrutable yet
intensely distinct mystery that formed the center of his life and faith. Thus, from the
very initial stage of his poetic journey Hopkins has searched out the authentic
cadence of life that is, Love is God, and God is Love. Thereafter, this biblical
cadence God is Love (cfJN 3.16) nurtures Hopkins thoughts and emotions throughout
his life. He exclaims with delight;
Love I was shewn upon the mountain side And bid to catch Him ere the drop of day
See, Love, I creep and thou on wings dost
5. Wireless Networks And Network For Future Of Mobile...
Every day the wireless communication is getting more advanced comparing to what
is was yesterday. Every generation of mobile communication get advanced with a
higher speed, frequency band, better connectivity, security and high data rates in
transmission. For all these reasons, it s clear how the 4G is success more than the 3G
networks, and the same thing will happen to the 4G after lunching the 5G in the near
future. In this paper, I will try to describe the 4G networks and 5G networks in
contest of future of mobile communications. What are their drawbacks and what are
the main differences between these different generations along with the issues that
make the new network take over that network.
2 Background:
A look back in the history, the first generation of telephony (1G) started in the early
of 1980s. This network was designed to carry analog voice data. The (1G) networks
were based on these standard TACS, NMT, C Nets and AMPS. In the early of 1990s
the (2G) networks came as a digital network comparing to the analog in (1G). That
was the first digital cellular network after the switches that were supported digital
calls by using actual 0s and 1s. The (2G) networks were supported by these
standards D AMPS, Code Division Multiple Access One (CDMAOne) and Global
System of Mobile Communication (GSM). The second generation of telephony (2G)
was offered a higher capacity, improved security and improved the voice quality. The
(2G) technology was offered a

On that viscerally vibrant Friday morning, in that urbanized oasis, a group of
primarily Black and Hispanic students united at El Cerrito High School to discuss
their parents and peers very real struggle to achieve the American dream. The stories
of racism, oppression, gentrification, and deportation filled the classroom with the
voices of varied languages and vernaculars, a majority of which felt caught between
cultures and pulled away at the seams by opposing orientations. These fourteen and
fifteen year olds spoke of parents requiring them to speak the language of a place
they ve never been, of teachers demanding a Standard English they ve never been
taught, of friends questioning their Americaness because they didn t know the
difference between Disneyland and Disneyworld. This youthful minority majority
population is faced with cultural double identity; a term that reflects the cognitive
dissonance an individual feels when their identity is fragmented along cultural,
racial, linguistic or ethnic lines. This conflict of self is not isolated to this classroom
in San Francisco s East Bay are. It brims over into every classroom within California,
where no raceor ethnic group constitutes a majority of the state s population

California classrooms must integrate texts that examine the psychological state of
double identity. Turning to Luis Valdez play Zoot Suit , Chester Himes s protest

Protect the Peace in Somalia
Popular culture s depiction of pirates and piracy is romanticized and sanitized
through favorable portrayals of characters like Jack Sparrow in Pirates of the
Caribbean; however the real piracy that has been occurring in Somalia is very
different from what is shown in the movies. This has been going on for many years
and no organization has been able to put a stop to this. Pirates board ships and hold
the captain and crew hostage until the ship owners pay ransom, and if they refuse
the pirates do not resist killing the hostages. Pirates have also been known to steal
resources such as oil, but this is not as common. The U.S. needs to take action in
combating Somalian piracy by targeting networks through ... Show more content on

The best solution to the Somali Piracy problem is targeting networks which involves
keeping the pirates under constant watch and control. Targeting networks is a system
where the government tracks the pirates in Somalia and tracks everything they do to
make sure they don t go back onto the waters. This is similar to the way that the
United States combats organized crime. Authorities would monitor bank accounts,
engage in direct and electronic surveillance, and aggressively pursue frequent
offenders (Thomas). If the pirates were under constant surveillance, they would be
less likely to go out onto the waters because they would be aware that they are being
watched. We are focused on identifying and apprehending the criminal conspirators
who lead, manage, and finance the pirate enterprise, with the objective of bringing
them to trials. (Francesco) By targeting networks, the U.S. is focused on bringing
pirates to justice and stopping them from going on to the waters and stealing money
and resources.
Many countries and groups are involved in helping end the worldwide problem of
piracy in Somali. The U.S. government, the Somali pirates, NATO and the UN are
four of the many groups that are involved with the issue of Somali Piracy. NATO s
goal is to provide peaceful resolution to disputes. Not contesting Somalia piracy
issues would be in direct conflict with their goals (Dryad). NATO is trying to
9. Transatlantic Trade And Investment Partnership
In June 2013 the European Commission and the U.S. government have commenced
negotiations for the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP), a
proposed free trade agreement between two of world s largest economic and political
partners. If weathered through the political storms, TTIP would replace the North
American Free TradeAgreement (NAFTA) as the world s largest free trade area,
with a combined GDP of $31 trillion. Commonly eclipsed in the public mindset by
the zenith of the emerging markets, BRICS and especially China, U.S. investment
in the Eurozone is actually three times greater than in the whole of Asia, and the
EU investment in the U.S. is an overwhelming eight times greater than that in India
and China combined! The U.S. and EU, aside from the historic legacy of
geopolitical cooperation, are the largest trading partners of most other countries in
the world and represent a third of world trade flows. What s at stake? According to
the Office of United States Trade Representative s report, TTIP would result in the
annual EU GDP growth of 68 to 119 billion euros and U.S. GDP growth of 50 to 95
billion euros by 2027. If shared equally among the affected populations, this growth
would hypothetically translate into additional annual disposable income for a family
of four of 545 euros in the Eurozone and 655 euros in the U.S. respectively. Once
fully implemented, TTIP is expected to increase economic and labour productivity to

regular customers find that disconcerting. Obviously, these girls do not follow the

William Shakespeare is one of the most well known writers of all time. William
Shakespeare was born in the United Kingdom in April of 1564, to a family who was
neither noble or wealthy (http://www.shakespeareinamericancommunities.org). He
attended the local grammar school, where he was taught Greek mythology, Roman
comedy, history, grammar, and Latin. He did not attend university or have a
mentorship. Despite his humble upbringing and lack of education, he became a
universally revered playwright.
One of Shakespeare s most famous plays is a romantic comedy called The Twelfth
Night, which was written in 1600 1601. In this paper, I will explore Shakespeare s
use of puns to add color and humor to the story. I will document his references to
astrology and Greek and Roman mythology. His characters believed strongly in
astrological signs and mythological gods. I will also show his tendency to use subtle
hints to allude to the unknown. Each of these things attributed to the success of his
writing.

PUNS
Shakespeare used puns often throughout The Twelfth Night. A pun is a joke using a
word that has multiple meanings or words that sound the same but have different
definitions. In Act 1, Scene 3, Sir Toby states in a conversation with Sir Andrew: An
thou let part so, Sir Andrew, would thou mightst never draw sword again.

purpose of introducing the constitution was to protect the rights of civilians. The
expansion has been encountered in federal government s powers since the civil war
of United States. The constitution of America is heavily based on federal
government. The federal government has been separated in three branches judicial
branch, legislative, and executive branch. Congress is known as the federal

DISCUSSION
What is Endometriosis?
Endometriosis is a common condition1 recognised by the growth of endometrial
tissue outside of the uterus. This tissue is then found in a variety of sites such as the
ovaries, the outside surface of the uterus, the cervix, the abdominal wall, the sigmoid
colon and the urinary bladder.2 It is unknown what exactly causes endometriosis but
it is thought to occur when some cells from the endometrium (the lining of the uterus)
travel outside the uterus via the uterine tubes during a period3. Even outside the
womb, these cells, will still respond to the presence of hormonal oestrogen each
month and with each menstrual cycle the cells will multiply, swell and break down in
similar fashion to the endometrial cells inside the uterus.2 As the cells are in the
pelvic cavity rather than the uterus, they cannot escape during the period and instead
form patches of tissue called

One of the major reasons for this is the decrease of the technicians guarantee rate

rate even higher. The problem with the PPP rate is that not all technicians will get

The advantages of shifting from wage rates to piece rate pay is piece rate pay is more
preferred in customer service jobs, like in the case of Safelite Auto glass the more
the number of customers the more beneficial it is for the employees as well as the
company. The first advantage is that it motivates even the weakest technician to
work hard as the more work they do the more salary they get. It s a good
opportunity for a technician to complete more jobs than the average number of
jobs a day which helps them to earn more than the hourly based pay rates. The
second advantage is it is more cost effective as the company is paying only for the
number of jobs done by the technician whereas you have to pay evenly for all
technicians regardless of their efforts if it was an hourly wage pay. Next
advantage is it is easy to identify the good and the bad technicians by this piece per
rate pay based on the number of jobs each technician does on an average day, by
this the company can eliminate the workers who do not perform good and can also
provide incentives and more recognition for good performing technicians which
would further more motivate the technicians and increase the productivity of the
company. This piece rate pay is a WIN WIN situation for the company as more
productive the employees are more money the

The 4km run involves the use of the larger muscle groups such as the quadriceps and
hamstrings in the legs. Continuous training was the main method of training that
my teacher structured my PIP around, as we were continuously moving for
approximately 20 minutes. I believe continuous training was successful as time
went on I could run for a longer period of time. Continuous training is any type of
physical training that involves activity without rest intervals. (https:/
/en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Continuous_training) To see the benefits of continuous
training it is often considered necessary to have at least 3 sessions a week where
the heart rate levels are at a certain level to gain the benefits of continuous training.
(http://www.time to run.com/training/methods/continuous/cardio endurance.htm).
Our PIP that Mrs Richards set out for us incorporated continuous training 4 times a
week, which is why I saw improvement from my first run to my final run.
Frequency refers to how often a person trains and is usually the number of sessions
completed in a week (S.Martin Physical Education,2013) as result of using
continuous training more than 3 times a week, my run time was improving each
week. On the 21/2 my 500m run time was 2 minutes 20 sec, on the 27/2 my 500m
run time was 2 minutes 8 seconds and on the 3/3 my run time was 2 minutes 6
seconds. This shows that by using continuous training, I was able to see that the
recommended amount of times each week were helping me make small
improvements each time. Frequency was successful as we would run 5 times a
week which allowed us 2 days to rest. The 2 days that we didn t run allowed our
bodies to recover. The run was an open motor skill as it was performed in the
constantly changing environment (socio cultural). On the 6th of March it was

differentiation could occur. Asteroids are minor planets or sometimes referred to as
planetoids or planetesimals. Those names are given to anything in the solar system
that does not seem to have the roundedness of a planetary body or the typical
characteristics of a comet. Asteroids can form in a number of ways; they can be
pieces of a larger extinct planet or a planet that was in the stages of forming when
some event occurred to change its path. A majority of the asteroids we know are...

The difference between an asteroid and a comet is commonly misunderstood;
anything smaller than ten meters across is called a meteoroid, with the broader term
minor planet is preferred by the International Astronomical Union. Other languages
prefer planetoid and this term is used in English for differentiating between larger
minor planets such as the dwarf planets. The word planetesimal has a similar
meaning, but refers to the small building blocks of the planets that existed when the
Solar System was forming. The three largest objects in the asteroid belt, Ceres, 2
Pallas, and 4 Vesta, grew to the stage of protoplanets. Ceres is a dwarf planet, the only
one in the inner Solar System. The main difference between an asteroid and a
comet is that a comet shows a coma due to sublimation of near surface ices by solar
radiation. A few objects have ended up being dual listed because they were first
classified as minor planets but later showed evidence of comet like activity.
Conversely, some comets are eventually depleted of their surface volatile ices and
become asteroids. A further distinction is that comets typically have more eccentric
orbits than most asteroids; most asteroids with notably eccentric orbits are probably
dormant or extinct comets (Weissman et al, 2002).
Much interest in asteroids stems from the collisional potential of some of their orbits.
These near Earth asteroids or earth crosser are categorized into three types; Apollos,

In the essay Learning to Read, Malcolm X details the process in which he learned
to read and the tremendous effects it had on his perspective of the race issues in
America. During his stay in prison, Malcolm X was given the opportunity to spend
timeless hours learning as much as he could about reading and the English language.
Furthermore, Malcolm X was fortunate enough to stay at a prison that had an
extensive library. As a result, Malcolm X was able to discover and learn more about
his own culture. Malcolm X learned that the African Americanculture is unfortunately
cast in the shadows of the white population and neglected in textbooks as well as
history. Not only does he believe the white population suppresses African Americans,
but he believes

Heroism works in contradiction to the voice of mankind, and in contradiction, for
a time, to the voice of the great and good. Heroism is an obedience to a secret
impulse of an individual s character. Now to no other man can its wisdom appear as
it does to him, for every man must be supposed to see a little farther on his own
proper path than anyone else. Self trust is the essence of heroism. It is the state of
the soul at war, and its ultimate objects are the last defiance of falsehood and
wrong, and the power to bear all that can be inflicted by evil agents. It speaks the
truth, and it is just, generous, hospitable, temperate, scornful of pettycalculations, and
scornful of being scorned. It persists; it is of an undaunted boldness, and of a
fortitude not to be wearied out. The characteristic of heroism is its persistency. All
men have wandering impulses, fits, and starts of generosity. But when you have
chosen your part, abide by it, and do not weakly try to reconcile yourself with the
world. The heroic cannot be the common, nor the common the heroic. Times of
heroism are generally times of terror, but the day never shines in which this element
may not work. The circumstances of man, we say, are historically somewhat better in
this country, and
24. Security Analysis Of A Protocol For Pollution Attack...
ABSTRACT
The following technical paper Security Analysis of a Protocol for Pollution Attack
Detection is based on the concept of network coding. Since we have a limited
bandwidth it becomes imperative for us to optimize our network in such a way that
we can make maximum use of the network resources. Network coding allows us to
do that. It achieves this by combining different packets that it receives at a node into
one single packet for transmission, instead of simply taking and forwarding the
packets. However, network coding is vulnerable to pollution attacks where a single
malicious node can disrupt the operation of the complete network. Several protocols
to detect pollution attacks have been proposed previously. In the following paper the
author has described a new pollution attack detection protocol that extends the
existing SpaceMac protocol. This paper describes how we have modelled the
protocol in order to carry out a security analysis and presents the results of that
analysis.
INTRODUCTION
Network coding allows multiple packets to be transmitted using a smaller number of
packets thereby increasing throughput. Here a common single base station transmits
data from a common single base station to intermediate stations where it is kept and
sent out to the п¬Ѓnal destination or to any other intermediate stations at a later time.
For a traditional network that employs multicast network, the stations receive a
packet and forward it to the next node. Under network coding,
25. Gothic Sculpture And Gothic Art
The Gothic Sculpture had not been only a design of art but an exceptionally
influential period formulated with its own intricate history. The word is utilized to
spell it out buildings and items whose varieties are based after a variety of
characteristics from the 12th to the end of the 15th century. Gothic style was a
development of the Romanesque yet it was Renaissance humanists who first used it
as a disparaging term to spell it out what they noticed as the barbaric structures. With
Gothic sculpture being seen through a wide variety of perspectives it is regarded as
very difficult to appropriately specify what Gothic means in postmodern
contemporary society today. It provided a fresh concentration for the representation
of dynamics and... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
There is merely a different feeling in the Gothic architecture gives and overwhelming
feeling of mysticism, the prominent philosophical and religious activity. The Gothic
period was the right time of advancements in architecture like the pointed arch, the rib
vault, and the flying buttress. Also, stained goblet windows were a lovely way
expressing their beliefs within an architectural way.
The Romanesque period was an age group of new and experimental structures. One
advancement in construction was the shift to all stone structure that replaced the
timber ceilings that caused many churches to burn down. One experimental
architectural style was the utilization of rock barrel and groin vaults in the first
Romanesque chapel. The stone vaulting allow architects build on a more substantial
scale than before. The Gothic style surfaced out of architectural design of the
Romanesque cathedrals.
The directed arch was their first technology that removed the uncomfortable look of
disproportional arches at the attributes of the Romanesque cathedrals. The directed
arch also aimed the weight of the vault downward to help support the substantial
ceilings. The next advancement of the Gothic architects solved problems of the
Romanesque period. The Romanesque cathedrals possessed thick surfaces that gave
the sensation of confinement, and their substantial arches seemed unwell
proportioned with their small home

War Photographer by Carol Ann Duffy
War Photographer by Carol Ann Duffy is based on a war photographer who has
experienced and witnessed the reality of war. The war photographer has returned to
his quite home in England from his latest job. He develops the spools of film, he
took in the frontline. As he organizes the pictures, he remembers the terrifying
situation he is in, A stranger s features faintly start to twist before his eyes a half

editor will choose the ones to be printed. However, the war photographer knows the

It also indicates the ignorance of the public as they are not fully informed about the
tragedy of war so they have no idea of the circumstances of war as most photographs
are not being published.
The darkness in his room, in his darkness he is finally alone , is a reflection of his
depressed feeling in remembrance of the awful events he has witnessed. The horrific
experience is so long lasting, which will dwell in his memory continually as
represents by run on lines.
The simile chosen to compare the photographer with a priest preparing to intone a
mass is effective. The reader can clearly picture the inside of a catholic church in
their mind, with red lights glowing softly. It also assures that what the photographer
is doing is holy and heroic as danger and risks are involved, fields which explode
beneath the feet of running children in a nightmare heat. But the photographer still
accepts the challenge.
As for the sound effect, the alliteration of the s sound, with spools of suffering set out
in ordered rows , illustrates the silent and isolated atmosphere the photographer is in
the photographic studio. With eyes rhyming with cries , it heightens our sympathy
towards the victims in war as it appeals to both the readers sense of hearing and
seeing. Not only does the suffering turn out to be more descriptive and

the CBS network released a list of their shows that will be renewed including Blue

However, on April 19, sign of new life for the show has emerged when co producer

would soon get picked up. I hope my dreams come true, Bing posted in his Twitter.
Unfortunately, it has been more than a week since, and there still has been no
announcement coming from the show, not even a single hint. As the Movie Guide

Bing claimed that it might come as early as May 10. Although the fans have used to
this kind of last minute announcement, but there s one big thing that might be a
hindrance to its renewal, the show s spin off. Report said that the spin off Criminal

28. Methylene Blue Absorbance Range
In the first part of the experiment, best absorbance range was measured to be from
0.1228 to 1.8053 where error value was near zero. Methylene blue solution with an
absorbance 1.8053 may indicate problems with the accuracy of the detector (e.g., a
photomultiplier) .Since the detector system examines the transmitted light of the
cuvette, the absorbance is calculated from this value. When transferring the linear
transmission unit to the logarithmic absorbance unit, the accuracy is exponentially
reduced with rising values. Based on the result obtained from part I, analytes in part
II were diluted in 1:20 or 1:10 to generate absorbances that were within this range.

Therefore, the greatest accuracy can be obtained by choosing wavelengths at
which differences in molar absorptivities are large. 1In the third part, the
instrument was able to differentiate between pure, light, and extra virgin olive oil.
The UV/Vis is capable of analyzing samples based on the amount of light or UV
radiation they absorb. The three olive oils are visibly different shades of yellowish
gold, meaning they absorb different wavelengths of light. Considering this, one
would expect the UV/Vis to be capable of determining the degree to which the are
different with respect to absorbance. The extra virgin olive oil had the highest
absorbance because it is the least refined of the three types (containing the smallest
amount of oleic acid). Light olive oil is the most refined (highest amount of oleic
acid) and pure olive oil is a mixture of pure and extra virgin2. One would be able to
identify pure from light based on these definitions. The olive oil absorbance figure
12 shows that pure has a larger absorbance than light which is what one would
expect. Therefore, a higher percent concentration of oleic acid is directly related to a
lower visible absorbance with respect to olive
29. Jung And Carl Jung s Impact On Brain Science
A wide range of enslavement corrupt paying little respect to whether it is optimism,
morphine, liquor or opiate. Carl Jung has hugely impact brain science confirm by his
extroversion and inner directedness ideas which have significantly influenced the
field of psychotherapy and identity brain science. Twist Jung began by exhorting a
patient who was experiencing liquor fixation which denoted the modest start of
Alcoholics Anonymous. This is the renowned and powerful gathering which helps a
great many individuals experiencing liquor abuse the world over. Carl Jungpresented
four divisions: detecting intuiting, thinking feeling, extroversion contemplation, and
judging seeing. In the promoting viewpoint, this hypothesis is regarded essential as it
gives marvelous bits of knowledge into the identity of a man that fills in as a much
require preface in the publicizing elements of advertising.
Personality is a Latin word which implies cover. It is a conjunction of two words;
which speak to one open figure. As a rule, personality is a veil that everybody
should destroy before setting off to the outside world. There is a demonstration of
intentionally performed false depiction which tend to settle in our subliminal
personalities and turns out to be a piece of individual identity before somebody
knows. Personality essentially implies a decent impression that one wants to
introduce when he or she is accountable for a specific part in the public. In any
case, personality can likewise be an awful impression that somebody uses to change
other individual s practices and feelings. Occasionally a man accepts to be what he
or she puts on a show to be. This is a most noticeably bad circumstance of where
personality can be mixed up. A similar issue applies to promoting where brands are
seen to be having an unmistakable identity. A decent illustration Is situating where
products or administrations are set in a specific interesting position inside the outlook
of a purchaser. Understanding what personality means will help the advertiser to
make this uniqueness in the items or administrations being showcased or advanced.
Promoters additionally use this idea of an individual to showcase their items through
support. For instance,
30. Using Moving Averages in Stock Trading
A way to use moving averages is to use them as dynamic support and resistanceWe
like to call it dynamic because it s not like your traditional horizontal suppo
resistance lines. They are constantly changing depending on recent price
action. There are many traders out there who look at these moving averages as key
sup resistance. These traders will buy when price dips and tests the moving averagif
price rises and touches the moving average. Watch the blue line as support.
It looks like it held really well! Every time price approached 20 EMA and tested it, it
acted as resistance and price bounced back down. Amazing, huh?
One thing you should keep in mind is that these are just like your normal support and
resistance lines. This means that price won t always bounce perfectly from the
moving average. Sometimes it will go past it a little bit before heading back in the
direction of the trend.
There are also times when price will blast past it altogether. What some traders do
is that they pop on two moving averages, and only buy or sell once price is in the
middle of the space between the two moving averages. You could call this area the
zone .(figure 11) In an uptrend, as with an uptrend line, the moving average line
shows more instances where the average coincided with or acted as, support and in a
downtrend, similar to what happens using a down trend line, there are many
instances where the moving average coincided with resistance.
There are some traders who use intraday
31. Fallacy Paper
Fallacies are committed in every state, in every city and in every neighborhood. No
race or gender is impervious to committing a fallacy. So, what is a fallacy? Patrick J.
Hurley defines a fallacy as, A defect in an argument that consists in something other
than false premises alone. These defects result in misconception in an argument.
Many times they are accidental, other times they are committed on purpose.
However, either way, fallacies can be very persuasive to the casual reader or listener.
One in particular, the false cause fallacy, is used quite often in today s society. Hurley
states that, The fallacy of false cause occurs whenever the link between premises and
conclusion depends on some imagined causal connection... Show more content on

A remedy society knows as trial and error. People for the Ethical Treatment of
Animals (PETA) use fallacies in almost all of their advertisements. In fact, Veggie
Love, a super bowl video ad by PETA, claims that vegetarians have better sex. In
the video, gorgeous women dressed in lingerie are groping broccoli, asparagus and
even a licking a pumpkin. This video commits the false cause fallacy because it
expresses that people are having great sex because they are vegetarians. In addition,
if a person wants to have great sex, they need to become a vegetarian. It is also
possible that an argument commit more than one fallacy at a time. This video also
commits the hasty generalization fallacy, because it states that if you eat vegetables
you will have great sex with gorgeous women, therefore the obvious conclusion is
that all vegetarians have great sex! To tell these two different types of fallacies
apart a reader or listener must know what defines these two types of fallacies.
Because Veggie Love focuses on vegetarians and great sex, and PETA claims that
there is a causal connection between the two, it can be defined as a false cause
fallacy. Because the video also claims that people who eat vegetables have great sex,
we can assume that all vegetarians have great sex which can be defined as

William F. Buckley, JR. Why Don t we complain first appeared in Esquire in 1961.
In this essay Buckley aims to convince his readers that America is too lazy to even
mention their own predicaments. He then goes on to explain Americans passive
acceptance of circumstances. In doing this he uses several anecdotes based on his
past, using careful diction and to keep his audience engaged he sprinkles in rhetorical
questions. Buckley opens his essay with a personal anecdote describing the
acceptance of whatsoever he realizes that outside it was below freezing temperature
and in the train it was 85 degrees. Buckley explains how the train conductor went
back and forth through the aisle and not a single person moaned. There were ample

Shortly after capturing the reader s interest with the introductory anecdote, He
uses another anecdote to show Americans passive acceptance of circumstances. In
the following anecdote he is at a movie theater and the movie is out of focus and
he turns to his wife and she tells him to wait a minute it will be alright in a minute.
It never becomes focus and it is blurry. He then assumes a list of what could
happen: a) someone who works there see the blur and fix it; or b) someone seated at
the top next to the movie workers make a complaint; or c) the whole movie would
explode and people into catcalls and foot stamping, calling dramatic attention to the
irksome distortion. In this process he waited and waited until the movie was done.
The viewers didn t complain they accepted the blur and accustomed their eyes to it.
He goes on to say that everyone thought someone was going to take the initiative to
complain to the manager. He then gives us an example why this happen he says that
the reason this happen is because we are all increasingly anxious in America to be
unobtrusive, we are reluctant to make our voice heard, hesitant about claiming our
rights; afraid to cause unjust, that it is ambiguous . In this statement we could

My first chosen scenario was Exercise 13 on page 153. The instructions were to

understand my main point better. Restating my points multiple times began to
take away from my letter. Instead, I gave reason to why I wanted donations from
this person. This made my letter my concise and helped identify my purpose.
Good and Bad News Through this project I learned the different approaches you
take with good news versus bad news. When composing a good newsletter the
main points are listed first. However, in a bad news message the main points would
be listed later. Bad new should be phrased clearly. The message should not be vague
or misleading. Unlike bad news messages, good news messages should be direct.
These message list the purpose and outline any terms. Persuasive Selecting the best
medium option to persuade is important. In the fifth chapter it list the benefits and

Falsifiability is the principle that a proposition or theory cannot be scientific if it
does not admit the possibility of being shown false. Science takes the whole universe
and any and all phenomena in the natural world under its purview, limited only by
what is feasible to study given our current physical and п¬Ѓscal limitations. Anything
that cannot be observed or measured or shown to be
false is not amenable to scientific investigation. Explanations that cannot be based
on empirical evidence are not a part of science (National Academy of Sciences,
1998). Science is, however, a human endeavor and is subject to personal prejudices,
misapprehensions, and bias. Over time, however, repeated reproduction and
verification of observations and experimental results can overcome these
weaknesses. That is one of the strengths of the scientific process. Scientific
knowledge is based on some assumptions (after Nickels, 1998), such as The world is
REAL; it exists apart from our sensory perception of it. Humans can accurately
perceive and attempt to understand the physical universe. Natural processes are
sufficient to explain or account for natural phenomena or events. In other words,
scientists must explain the natural in terms of the natural (and not the supernatural,
which, lacking any independent evidence, is not falsifiable and therefore not
science), although humans may not currently recognize what
35. Essay on The Unethical Nature of Operation Iron Triangle
The 3rd Brigade, 101st Airborne Division, a unit known as the Rakkasans, were
conducting Operation Iron Triangle in 2006 in Iraq when soldiers killed eight
unarmed Iraqi men. The US military severely reprimanded the Commander of the
Rakkasans, COL Michael Steele, for the unethical command climate his leadership
allowed to exist within the unit at that time. This unit will need a new commander
that can set and maintain an effective, ethical command climate through his
leadership. That new commander should resolve the issues that led to the reported
war crime in order to establish a culture that perpetuates an ethical command climate.

present can lead to war... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Third, COL Steele offered trophy knives as a reward for killing insurgents or
exemplary service. Offering an award for exemplar service is a good idea but a
reward based on insurgent kills is not. It further dehumanizes Iraqis and places an
emphasis on killing over other mission objectives. Fourth, COL Steele did not
communicate the Rules of Engagement (ROE) very well with his unit. His speeches
emphasized his core principles of be precise; be lethal; be safe, but that caused his
soldiers to believe that COL Steele wanted them to shoot instead of capture potential
insurgents. Fifth, at the company headquarters, soldiers had posted a kill board that
tracked the number of Iraqis killed during operations. This kill board represents the
degree to which COL Steele s soldiers were dehumanized the Iraqis and were
confused over the ROE. These issues would eventually lead to the war crime being
committed during Operation Iron Triangle. A new commander taking over the unit
following COL Steele s departure will have to establish a command climate that
overcomes the current culture within the Rakkasans. The new commander must
confer with his leadership team to determine what the issues are within the culture
that leads to the unethical command. The first step should be to disseminate
command climate surveys. The results of the command climate survey would help
judge the extent to which soldiers assess the ethical situation
36. Steve Smith Staying At The Regal Carnation Hotel
Problem Statement
The case describes the protagonist Steve McKenzie staying at the Regal Carnation
Hotel. Steve experienced multiple problems with the hotel many of which were
overpromised and underdelivered. Steve now feels he must write a letter telling
about his horrible experiences, yet he still does not know who to write and what to
address.
The Regal Hotels business model is becoming questionable with the fluttering tourism
market in Guam. Their overall strategy is one of piggybacking and riding the wave
of an emerging market, in the late 1960s the tourism market started to take off.
Hypothesis 1
Steve sees that the profit maximization strategy is questionable of the hotel offerings
and services. This is apparent in many of the aspects of the hotel operations.
Analysis
The Regal Carnation Hotel owners run the company on the me too approach, in an
attempt to piggyback off the success of other hotels in Guam. With this as their
business strategy ownership is less likely to invest in the hotel. Also, having the
policy of all cash upfront with a non refundable policy leads to believe they are less
likely interested in a high value for customer experience and hold low stock on
repeat business. They have a weaker product within a lower star hotel, that has no
beach front access, being late to the market.
In the late 1960 s the tourism industry in Guam started to take off. This was lead by a
strong Japanese economy and a strong tourism market. In 1995 the occupancy

Gangs in the United States have increased rapidly, and are becoming more violent
and deadly than ever. There are deaths of innocent, young, and gang affiliated people
dying each year. This everyday occurrence brings moral and heart felt emotions to
these death tragedies. These gangs are corrupting our streets and neighborhoods of
America, which is something that is needed to be stopped. All members get
introduced and jumped in for a reason, a reason of family, trust, acceptance, and
respect which threatens many people today. Every year gangviolence is proposed in
which it should be prevented in today s public because they have the urge to be
involved with conflicts based on rivalries over reputation and turf, compensates on
creating a lot of violence where innocent people are being killed, participate in drug
trafficking, and encourages the youth to get involved and join a group of affiliated
crime.
The overall aspect of gangs having rivalries over their reputation and turf is that
they pursue to want to give more attention to the focus of having a wanted family
that they think will protect them from their failures in life. Most gangs are
primarily male but some admit women. Statistics show that 94% of gang members
are male and only 6% of gang members are female. The females that are in gangs
are treated very poorly. They are often required to have sexual intercourse with any
of the males in the gang when asked. Also instead of getting jumped in like the male

38. The Differences Of Naval Architecture Vs. Marine
Engineering
Naval Architecture vs. Marine Engineering Throughout the years we have had an
advance in the technology of boats and other marine structures. There are different
fields that you can go into if you wish to help with this advancement. Two of the
different fields are Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering. The main differences
and similarities between Naval Architectureand Marine Engineeringare what they
design, who they communicate with during the building process, and the type of
tests that they conduct. Naval Architecture is where the ship building process
begins. These architects are responsible for research and development, designing,
building and repairing different types of marine vessels. These vessels can include,
but are not limited to, ferries, high speed boats, tankers, cargo ships, passenger
liners, yachts, power boats, warships, fishing boats, rescue boats, barges, submarine,
offshore structures, and aircraft meant to land on water. They are responsible for
studying design proposals and specifications for all the vessels. These architects are
also responsible for designing the ship s hull, waterline curves, and all other structures
of the boat. When building they have to take in account the economic feasibility, as
well as making sure they are within all national and international safety and
regulatory standards. Furthermore, communication is always key to any project.
During the ship building process, the architects are constantly communicating with
Marine Engineers. They discuss the layout of all the important internal systems of the
boat. Some of these systems are the boiler room equipment, heating and ventilation,
refrigeration equipment, electrical distribution, safety systems, steering, and
propulsion machinery. They also communicate with each other. Since they are part
of a team they have to communicate with each other to ensure everyone is doing
their part and all the work is being done properly. Also, if you are a naval architect
and have experience traveling on the water, you could have the opportunity to provide
onboard safety training to other crews.
In addition, it is always important to conduct tests to be sure that everything is
working the way it should during and after
39. Importance Of College Internship
One of the requirements of Ferris State University to graduate with Bachelor degree
in Criminal Justice is all students must complete an internship. I decided to complete
my internship at the 17th Circuit Court Family Division located at 1565 Cedar St.
My supervisor s name is Jeff Hekman. I have worked with other six interns from
Ferris State University, Grand Rapids Community College, and Grand Valley
University. We all shared a passion for justice and to help others in our community by
mentoring, advising, and guiding in the right direction. This program is for juveniles
that are serving their sentences on probation where community serviceis a part of the
verdict.
Internships provide many benefits to college students. They offer them a chance to
learn about a career field from the inside and to gain self confidence. Also, students
can learn new things, meet new people, and practice communication, networking,
and teamwork skills. These are great additions to the resume when applying for a
job. By working hard at an internship, they can demonstrate to potential employers
and references that they have initiative and are responsible. Another advantage of
completing a college internship is to test a career objective while in the real world.
Students can develop good professional work habits and to become acquainted with
people employed in professional occupations. An internship can also enhance the self
confidence as students learn self reliance and independence and develop

41. Examples Of System Analysis
Chapter 3 REQUIREMENTS AND ANALYSIS 3.1. System Analysis The main
purpose of conducting system analysis is to study the various processes and to find
out its requirements. These may include ways of capturing or processing data,
producing information, controlling a business activity or supporting management.
The determination of requirements entrails studying the existing details about it to
find out what these requirements are. System analysis has been conducted with the
following objectives in mind: пЃ¶Identify the customers need. пЃ¶Evaluate the
system concept of feasibility. пЃ¶Perform economic and technical analysis.
пЃ¶Allocate functions to hardware, software, people, database and other system
elements. пЃ¶Establish cost and schedule constraints.
42. Donnie Darko
Twenty eight days...six hours...forty two minutes...twelve seconds, that is when the
world will end. The movie Donnie Darko, Frank tells Donnie that the world will end
in just a short time. Throughout the movie, different literary devices are
experimented to give the movie a deeper meaning. This provides the audience with a
hidden message that gathers the viewer s attention while keeping them entertained.
Donnie Darkois a movie that has imagery, symbolism, and foreshadowing and by

Using a wormhole, Donnie has to utilize telekinesis to send the artifact back to the
primary universe. This objective has to be completed within twenty eight days or
the world will cease to exist. There are two types of universes: primary and tangent
universes. A primary universe is a universe that we live in or see on a day to day
basis. The tangent universe however is a universe that cannot sustain itself or exist
for a very long time. To create a tangent universe an artifact must occur, in this case
the jet engine, into a day that had already happened. Donnie was not located in his
room at the time the artifact appeared, because Frank came to him in his dream and
encouraged Donnie to start walking away from his house. Being closest to the
artifact, Donnie became the living receiver and had to eventually return the jet
engine. The manipulated includes everyone in the movie, except for Donnie, which
is the living receiver. There are two types of manipulators: the manipulated dead and
the manipulated living. Two main characters of the movie in the tangent universe that
were killed are called the manipulated dead. On the other hand, the manipulated living
includes everyone else that did not die in the tangent universe, including Donnie s
parents, sisters, teachers and some students. When it was discovered that the bronze
statue in front of the school was

Methodology
This chapter was describing the methodology used in this paper. Its elaborate the
main idea of the experiment, the material used and also the procedure to obtained
the data. Methodology is important in implementing a system or kind of project
because it acts as guideline starting from early stage up to hand over. Methodology
uses might be differed defending on purpose of the project, scope, objective and
timeframe. Figure 3.1 shows the flowchart or general about the project. Figure 3.1 :
Flowchart of project Before start this experiment, discussion is with supervisor is
needed to know about the project and how it operate. This step is very important to
make arrangement about the step to complete this project. Then, search and study
about lithium ion battery, labVIEW and National Instrument (NI DAQ). This step
must be done to understand the whole application and characteristic about
experiment by making research from the journal. After all research have been
made, sketch the wiring diagram. Wiring diagram include connection of battery,
variable load and sensors. Then, all the graphical user interface (GUI) will be
made in labVIEW and the function will be test. This step is to know whether the
circuit function or not and if it is fail, the diagram need to sketch again. Hardware
will be develop after the wiring diagram have been verified. Hardware will connect
with National Instrument (NI DAQ) and PC. This is to run the whole program of the
45. The Contemporary Water Crisis Of Mumbai
This essay will explore the contemporary water crisis in Mumbai, India; a rapidly
growing megacity that for decades has struggled to provide adequate access to water
for their 20 million residents, and in particular the more than 10 million people living
in unsanctioned self erected slum communities that surround the cityproper. Beyond
the technical and structural barriers lie ideological and cultural impediments that I
will argue are borne in part from an idealized quest for modernity informed by free
market capitalism and neoliberal ideology. I will argue that this has created deep
cultural and societal rifts that have been exploited by vested economic interests
through discursive and political campaigns that seek to delegitimize the right of
Mumbai s citizens to water, and by extension life. The spectre of climate change
provides a backdrop for an existential struggle that has been unfolding for decades
and appears likely to continue. This essay will examine the circumstances and
failures that preceded the 2014 landmark ruling handed down by the High Court of
Mumbai which affirmed the inalienable right to water, regardless of legal status of
one s domicile, including attempts to privatize water services in various regions of
the city.

46. Graceland History
Graceland Over the illustrious history of the campus some of the buildings uses
have changed, or have been restored and changed around. One of the most known
buildings to have its history changed is the grand old Graceland mansion. Each of
the numerous 22 buildings on campus have different uses and an exciting history
behind them. Graceland is no different from its beginnings in 1893 to current uses on
campus in 2015. In 1893, Graceland housed Senator Henry Gassaway Davis. It was a
more modern mansion for its time, being that Senator Davis had his hand in
designing the colonial mansion. At that time he had it designed in such a fashion that
used many other cultural designs to make this 19th century home. During the early

The grand ole Graceland build in 1893 still stands today in 2015. It, along with the
other buildings on campus have its share of historic moments. It truly is a symbol of
what college students should be, mighty, strong, wise, forceful, and persistent. Its
values along with many others is what shape the actual foundation of the mansion
itself. As time has progressed on, in a little town in eastern West Virginia
, it is as
though time has taken a halt. In Elkins West Virginianestled in the mountain tops a
small community on a hill does its best to preserve history the best way it possibly
could by holding one of oldest buildings in town on its foundation. It is a showing
of a time long before, it truly is something to be celebrated. History, a true design of
