Researchers at Izumi International have developed the world's first 3D printed nanofiber scaffold using their proprietary XanoShearTM technology, which can produce short, discrete polymer nanofibers of varying lengths from 100 nm to 2 μm without electrospinning. The scaffolds can be highly customized, integrating particles, coatings, and multiple materials through multiple dispensers, offering new possibilities for tissue engineering and biomedical applications.
