 PROCUREMENT of low dollar purchase services
 Determine source from sourcing feed database and contact the supplier for price and delivery also
consult SFD to understand commodity strategy and execute requisition requirement according to
established process.
 Help set up new suppliers and outline agreement
 Interface with client/requestor and supplier on supplier and payment issue in consultation with
sourcing documents.
 Ensure audit readiness of all purchasing document
 Resolve blocked invoices
 Expedite orders and follow up a deliveries.
 Overview of ERP, evolution of ERP
 Overview of sap architecture, creation of organizational structure relating to mm.
 Theoretical material master, vendor master, comparative analysis of offer concepts.
 Contracts scheduling agreement, purchasing info record, purchase requisition, RFQ, price comparison,
purchase order.
 Purchasing subcontracting cycle, consignment cycle-external service management
 Pipeline cycle, good receipt, good issue, transfer posting & stock transfer, reservation,batch
management in IM the verification concepts, managing unplanned cost and delivery cost.
 Material requirement planning, shipping concepts, concept of ASAP methodology.
Technical skill;
 Application packages: MS OFFICE (MS word, MS excel, MS power point, MS project).
