Abstract — Levelwise PageRank is an alternative method of PageRank computation which decomposes the input graph into a directed acyclic block-graph of strongly connected components, and processes them in topological order, one level at a time. This enables calculation for ranks in a distributed fashion without per-iteration communication, unlike the standard method where all vertices are processed in each iteration. It however comes with a precondition of the absence of dead ends in the input graph. Here, the native non-distributed performance of Levelwise PageRank was compared against Monolithic PageRank on a CPU as well as a GPU. To ensure a fair comparison, Monolithic PageRank was also performed on a graph where vertices were split by components. Results indicate that Levelwise PageRank is about as fast as Monolithic PageRank on the CPU, but quite a bit slower on the GPU. Slowdown on the GPU is likely caused by a large submission of small workloads, and expected to be non-issue when the computation is performed on massive graphs.

TAXES AND GOVT. CIRCULARS.
The basic rates of materials are as per the Rates charged by the main producers /
suppliers at their respective points of supply, as on the date 01/07/2015 which include all
taxes such as excise, LWT , LBT, Terminal TAX, VAT, Educational Tax are considered.
The rates of bulk / packed bitumen, bitumen emulsion adopted for the items of bituminous
works are based on the rates prevailing on 01.07.2015 at ex-Refinery Mumbai.
Subsequent increase/ decrease if any, then these rates shall be accounted for in the rate
analysis of the items while framing the estimate.
As per G.R. of Industries and power Department No. BCA-2009/CR-108/Labour 7-A
Dated 17.06.2010, 1% cess for labour welfare is considered in the Rate Abstract.
As per revised circular issued by Dy. Directorate of Insurance Maharashtra State vide
letter No. |ÉÊ´ÉÊxÉ-2310/ºÉÉ.¤ÉÉÆ.Ê´É./ʴɨÉɴɺÉÖ±ÉÒ/+ʦÉ-3, ÊnùxÉÉÆEò 08.09.2010, percentages for
insurance of contract work shall be added in the Recapitulation sheet while framing the
estimate. The actual amount incurred by contractor for insurance of work shall be
reimbursed on production of documentary evidence and after due verification.

As per Government of Maharashtra, Revenue and Forest Departments Notification No.
Gaunkhanin-10/1012/PK-603/kh (3) dated 11th May 2015, Royalty charges of Rs.400/-
Brass, i.e. Rs. 141.20 / Cum, are included in the respective items of supply of natural
minerals i.e.. Rubble, Metal, Sand, Murum etc.
The basic rates of bricks & crusher broken metal includes royalty charges.
(a) For specific tests like taking bores, span load tests, plate load test etc. which are not
included in the rate analysis of the items, estimates for these test shall be prepared on the
basis of rates approved by Superintending, Engineer, Vigilance & Quality Control Circle,
Nagpur or D.S.R. approved by MERI Nashik.
(b) For angle boring & drilling in standing water the rate will be 1.5 times the usual drilling
charges.
(a) The job mix design for items like M-25 & above grade of concrete mix design, GSB,
asphaltic concrete, bituminous macadam etc. shall be obtained from the V.Q.C.C.
laboratory
(b) For RCC works of Building and bridges (Superstructure and substructure ), the grade
of concrete should be considered as per IS 456:2000 which stipulates minimum grade as
M 20.

storage tank, parapet wall with coping, staircase, lift room with slabs and water proofing
treatment, plaster, painting etc. required for the completion of building are assumed to be

d) In Nagpur Corporation area and Chandrapur Municipal area the use of clay bricks is
prohibited on original works. For such works only fly-ash bricks shall be used , except for
foundation of load bearing structures.The Clay Bricks can be used for Maintenance Work
only.
e) The use of wooden centering & formwork including wooden props is prohibited. Only
plywood or steel formwork is to be used with steel props.
f) With a view to conserve the natural resources, the use of country teak wood for doors
and windows shall be avoided as far as possible, except for doors located on the external
face of the building.
g) For the items of oil painting, distempering under Bd - 0 & Bd - P, the sample shall be got
approved by Executive Engineer & a note regarding make / Company of approved sample
shall be taken by concerned Junior Engineer in measurement book. Unless this is done,
the measurement should not be treated as completes.
i) The pattern of fixing flooring tiles / stones shall be got approved from Dy. Chief Architect/
Superintending Engineer.
The increase in rates as above should be on ground floor basic rates only. No cumulative
increase shall be done.

Work in Foul Condition
a) For such work, the rate for excavation shall be increased by 25% over the scheduled
rates of excavation.
b) For other items required to be executed in foul condition upto Ground Level / Bed Level
,the rate shall be increased by 5% over schedule rates of individual items of CSR. This
increase is over and above the increase admissible under general note 2.
c) The above hike in rates of (a) & (b) shall be subject to the express condition that the
prior approval of Superintending Engineer is obtained. The foul condition shall be certified
by the Executive Engineer.
b) For providing plain cement concrete for piers, abutments, returns,wings etc. if surface
reinforcement is provided in these structures , the rate for concrete should be same as that
of plain cement concrete, cost of reinforcement should be separately considered.
Additional lift for bridge items :-
For additional lift for various bridge items as per list given below , rate shall be increased
in percentage given below. Lift is to be measured with respect to common datum level for
raft foundation the datum level shall be raft top. For other type of foundation, average bed
level shall be treated as datum.

a) Rates for collection of material for road work, are at quarry site with lead upto 50 mtrs.

a) For working out rates for items with leads more than 5 km. the estimate should be
prepared for actual leads deducting initial lead charges of 5 km. for all completed items
except items of road work.

as well as for hot mix material. Lead for transportation of crushed metal from quarry to

d) Quantity of bitumen has been taken from MORT&H- specification of Roads & Bridges
