billing system TABS to the new CBIO system , by doing cross check and reconciliation between old data and
migrated data through staging and insure all business requirement are met and delivered .
Participate in segmentation project , this project issued by marketing to segment customers base on many
factors , my role as IT service quality check is to insure the segment implemented successfully in the CBIO as
marketing requirement by checking the PSD sheet with the output of the system in charging and grouping
customers and every customer migrate to the right service class .
Coordinate with internal and external audit partners and IT departments by providing audit requirement and follow
with IT department to close finding .
Verifying Bill cycles that was calculated correctly before deliver the bills to customers for postpaid subscribers
type by using in house script made with PLSQL language .
Generating daily revenue report segment by services revenue calls , SMSs , VAS , .. to see trend from quality
charging side not business side .
Participate in Change request or new offer activities to insure the quality of deliver by checking the output result
with business requirement we do this by checking the CDRs and flags.
Generating refund list for affected subscribers for over charging due incident .
Coordinate with audit company for ISO certificate ( IT security ).
