This is what I set out to accomplish past weeks: For the last 3 weeks I ate healthier and went to work out five days a week. I ate healthier by having a more balanced diet which include foods from each of the food groups. My focus when I have been going to the gym is to ton along with building my muscle back up to where I was in high school. For the next 2-3 weeks I am going to eat healthier and go to the gym for an hour a day five days a week. The way I’m going to be eating healthier is that I’m going to have a more balanced diet which includes foods from each food group, along with keeping my calorie intact. When going to the gym I’m going to focus on toning and work on building back muscle mass.
At the end of the 3 weeks I wanted to be more tone and have gained about 5 pounds from 169 lbs to 174 lbs. Along with eating healthier. I am currently 175lbs. And eating more well rounded meals that give me the nourishment I need for my workout.
This was attained by set a schedule every day and designating time for the gym each day. I went to the gym Monday through Friday, and trying to get there for 9am every day to get into somewhat of a routine for when I get back up to Plymouth State.
This was a realistic goal because I have access to a gym and with my sports background I have the tools and knowledge to succeed with my goal that I have set. Timely: Having 3 weeks to reach the goal I was enough time to gain the weight and see results in my appearance.
I knew going into the fitness goal that I had set for myself was not going to be easy. But with a sports background and the drive that I have of accomplishing my goals that I set, I knew it was a very reachable goal for the time that we had. There where time were I just wanted to sit on the couch and watch TV, well eating junk food. I'm glad I didn’t because I feel good about accomplishing my goal and seeing my results after all the hard work.
