a leaderinclude butare notlimitedto;havingcompassionforothers,leadingwithhumilityand
transparency, believinginothers,andgiving110% no matterhow mundane the task. I alsobelievea
leadershouldhave empathyand respectforhis/herteammembers.
Work Ethic: My thoughtsandattitude will remainpositive,constructive anduplifting. My wordswill
encourage otherstoalwaystry theirbest. Iexpectto be a good leadershipmodelinchallenging
situationsandcalmindifficultsituations. IalsoexpecttoseeksolutionsinproblematicsituationsandI
am committed tobe dependableinsituationswhere othershave givenup.
FamilyValues: My familyisveryimportanttome and theyunderstandmycommitmenttomyjob. I
am an active participantintheirlivesandwill make aconsciousefforttoputthemfirst. I wouldexpect
that any memberof myteamwouldalso puttheirfamilyfirst. There are timesthatthingsHAVEto get
done and overtime will be required. Iexpectyoutotake itin stride. Inthose situationsIwill giveas
much leadtime aspossible.
Everyone on an Equal PlayingField: I don’tplayfavoritesandwill give everyone anequal opportunity. I
put people inpositions,notbyseniority alone,butbyabilitytoaccomplishthe goalsassigned. Every
memberof myteam will be acontributorand I will value myteam’sopinions.
My DevelopmentandYours: Beinga goodleaderrequiresbeing committedtodevelopingand
enhancingonesskills. Iam committed toyour developmentandwill doeverythingIcanto developyour
skillsasmuchas you desire orare willingtoworkfor. I intendtocreate a learningatmospherewithin
my teamand believe thisatmosphere will benefiteveryone onmyteam.
Communication: A good leadermust communicate effectivelywiththeirteamandcoworkers. Ibelieve
communicationisatwo part process;youmustbe able totransmitand receive messages. WhenIam
approachedwitha problem,Iwill practice active andpassive listening.Iamcommittedtobeing
available tomyteam24/7 and will establishtransparencyandopencommunicationwithinmyteam.
