S Many times we consider that meetings are tedious, so
starting punctual and ending punctual generates relief
and a better performance at the time of starting with the
meeting, takes advantage of the time and everyone ends
up happy.
Be brief and concise
S It is very important to have effective communication to
solve problems in an opportune way, having a clear
communication will allow us to advance in the objectives
of the meetings and keep them all concentrated
Follow up by email in 24 hours
S It is very important to close each meeting, since this way
you see the progress made and also prioritize the
problems to be addressed for the next meeting, that the
meetings remain in a role that can be shared by all,
Allows greater dynamism and better problem solving.
