The Boston Massacre occurred on March 5th, 1770 whenever a group of American
colonists who called themselves The Protestors started an uprising at the Customs
House. The Protestors instigated this Massacre by having taunted the British
soldiers until one Protestor threw a snowball and hit Private Hugh Montgomery.
Once he was hit he opened fire on the unarmed colonists and his fellow soldiers

varying and backgrounds. Although the tale follows the lives of young girl June and
outlaw Daniel (nicknamed Day), many side characters are also introduced and
developed throughout the course of the book. All of these characters possess
interesting names that enhance the plot in certain ways, and while most of the
characters names fit them, some do not.
To begin with, the name of the main character June refers to the month of the same
name, which in turn was named for the Roman Goddess Juno. Furthermore, the
exact meaning of Juno is not fully known, but it may be related to an Indo European
root that translates to youth . Additionally, Juno was the queen of the heavens in
Roman mythology. She was also the protectress of women and marriage, as well as

The first theory to look at is the Bottleneck Theory from the 1950 s by Donald
Broadbent. Along with Broadbent, others also created bottleneck modeled theories.

Because Siddons s androgynous Rosalind costume was so strongly criticized, it is
somewhat surprising that the actress chose to play a role as iconic as Hamlet in an
outfit that at least one spectator found to be ambiguously gendered. Nonetheless,
Siddons perhaps had reason to believe that her Hamlet would be better received
than her performances as Rosalind. It was clearly a role that she performed with
some frequency early in her career, and she may have felt that it was better suited
