I feel that we should have this instead of discussions boards because I think it would be more interesting and something different. Wikis are collections of searchable, linked web pages that users can create or edit collaboratively. In my Records Management class we use wikis and it is pretty interesting that you can see everybody comments.
- 3. There are two popular approaches to organizing information, hierarchical and nonhierarchical. Hierarchical arranges and classifies each item in a relationship to the others as being above, below, or at the same level such as an outline or as files. Nonhierarchical allows information to be categorized in an unlimited number of ways by using tags, or labels.
- 4. Conversation Prism which is basically online interaction that takes place in or on blogs, social networks, videos, images, and text messages. It was created by social media thought leader Brian Solis. The intent of this diagram is to show the vast choices available in social media and their applications to businesss.
