Twitter is a social media platform where users can share short "tweets" containing text, images, videos or polls. Users can also retweet tweets from others to share views they agree with. Facebook allows users of all ages to easily connect with friends and family by posting statuses, photos, videos and locations. Instagram is used solely for sharing photos and videos with followers and can direct message single users, also offering basic photo editing tools.
