Work’s description:
I spent my first nine (9) months in Aluminum Company as a commercial where my main
work was looking for new customers and present our new products. After, I became the
purchasing manager where I spent all my time with our providers to make anything we need
available to our factory. Besides that, I controlled bills and I was responsible of the
warehouse’ activities (check in check out).
01 June 2013 - 30 April 2014: Customer service in “call center”
Work’s description:
My main work was answering to phones and resolving clients problems such their software
or hardware PC problems. Besides that, I managed a group of six (6) so I had to control them
and checking their work. After that, I spent a good time working in human resource as
financial assistant.
01 December 2012 - 31 March 2013: Commercial in El WIFACK LEASING
Work’s description:
My main work in El WIFACK LEASING was looking for new customers and convinces them
to join our company even looking for new deals. Besides that, I had to control our
warehouse ‘activities (cars, trucks, check in check out…). Also, I had to resolve some
company’ problems like finding our unpaid customers and recovering the products we had
sold.
