2.conducting failure investigation analysis to identify gaps & take corrective measures so
as to reduce breakdown and maximize equipment availability.
3.allocating equipments ,managing breakdown,scheduling &planning and cordination with
Service departments,
4.managing workers in three shifts and doing allocation of manpower in there respective
place.
5.proper checking of documents like checklists, shift reports of equipments and customer
progress reports on daily basis.
