PROJECT DETAILS
 Industrial Project : Design and Fabrication of a Spiral testing setup.
To ensure the quality of aluminum alloys in its molten state, an experimental setup is
designed and fabricated which is used to determine the fluidity of the material. By the way
the resultant readings are compared with the standard value which in turn decides the purity
of Al alloys.

2.  Mini Project Title : Design and Fabrication of Cashew Nut Sheller.
This project represents a simple machine which reduces the shelling force required to
break the cashew nut shells, increases the working efficiency and improves the production
time.
 Internship Project : Kaizen on production time in Grit blasting and Coating
process.
The aim of the project is to evaluate the value and non-value added time and to
improve the production rate of the company through alternate techniques and improvement
methods.
 K.G Hospital Project : Design and Fabrication of Controlled Wax Melter And Dresser.
It is the design and fabrication of a wax melting equipment which melts the wax
accordingly to the required temperature for healing and also consists of an component which
removes the liquid wax before the clothing material is applied for dressing.
 SAE Project : Efficycle
It is the design of a three wheeled vehicle in delta configuration which is highly
economical, ecofriendly and ease of travel. The tricycle is an energy efficient hybrid human
powered vehicle which is ergonomically designed.
