JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Maintenance:
 Responsible for ensuring good condition of plant equipments. To take plant round daily and check
equipment status.
 Execution of preventive maintenance work as per the schedule.
 Immediate attendance to breakdown to prevent production loss.
 Actively take part in Route Cause Analysis to eliminate repeat equipment failures, safety or
environmental issues.
 Documentation:
 Update the accomplished Work Request/Work Order using the Maintenance ERP software package .
 Prepare preventive maintenance records, maintain/update equipment list in ERP software.
 Prepare monthly reports for senior managers.
 Maintain documents in accordance with ISO (9001, 18001, 14001).
 Utilities:
 Responsible for operation and maintenance of utilities.
