• Onions - 1 medium size chopped finely
• Mushrooms - 15 to 20 sliced thinly
• Salt to taste
• Sugar - 1 tsp
• Soy Sauce - 2 tsp or to taste
• Vinegar / Lemon Juice - 2 tsp or to taste
• Black Pepper Power - 1 tsp
