Test teams can use Microsoft Test Manager as a centralized repository to store testing artifacts and control various testing activities like unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, and more.
TestNG is a testing framework inspired from JUnit and NUnit, which can be used as a core unit test framework for Java project.
