He is a multi-skilled professional with a superb track record of managing projects in building and facilitites
environments.
Facilities Management: He maintains buildings, directing staff and overseeing the upkeep of equipment and
supplies. He ensures that buildings are maintained, which entails daily and weekly cleaning schedules as well as
determining and scheduling repairs, renovation projects, waste reduction improvements and safety inspections.
He is in charge of a budget and negotiates with outside vendors for supplies, repairs and other measures. He
oversees maintenance workers, and security staff.
Building Inspection: He ensures the enforcement of regulations where non conformity or breach of National
Building Regulations, SABS Codes of Practice and Occupational Health and Safety Laws occurs, Monitoring
compliance and conducting inspections to establish if construction of the work and procedures are in accordance
with approved design and drawings, check and verifies design details and construction specifications on building
plans, complete statutory forms and notices, issuing compliance notices to facilitate the demolition of illegal
constructions and/or corrective measures necessary to address encroachments and aesthetics of buildings,
other duties as requested from time to time.
Project Management Approach for Facilities and Inspection of Buildings: He demonstrates analytical Skills
by looking at a lot of different information and making decisions based on needs and budget concerns. He
believes in efficient communication by talking to their employees, and work with different management levels to
make sure the job gets done. He applies attention to detail ensuring that quality control is a large part of his
