 emphasize your importance to family, community or even

 like it, may be it is time for change. You may change the

Feel your importance to the company is not fair but you should have a sort of self confidence of your qualification. A comprehensive CV will let you recognize your area of importance to business. In the same time you may emphasize your importance to family, community or even to yourself.
  • 10. Solutions  You get an experience and made some achievements, Are you satisfied with your career? All what you have now depend in your choices. If don’t like it, may be it is time for change. You may change the company, the job or yourself. But, start first by changing yourself. If you did and it doesn’t work then think of the next change until you get satisfied.

Positive behavior keeps you positive all the time and it guarantees that all your surround will be positive too. Such an environment defiantly will turn all the external energy to positive direction.   1. MotivationThe purpose of this presentation is to give a simple definition of Motivation and an easy process to practice it. Motivation is somehow a mysterious subject which need to be tackled carefully and precisely as I did in this presentation.
  2. This presentation includes,What is motivation? How many types of motivation do we know? Where dose it come from? How motivation affect Community and Work environment?Perform a Self review!Overview a sort of solutions that may help to improve our morale.
  3. The typical definition of motivation is the activation or energization of goal-oriented behavior. So, what dose that mean?! Is it a skill, an influence or an energy?! I believe energy is the most appropriate definition of motivation which mean the force that drive usto do an action. Considering it as energy, dose it mean it has a negative or positive charges? Yes, it has. Let us see the following example, After a murder, the police officer usually look for a reason for the committed crime which we call it “a motive”. Same thing, for people who do blood donation, they have a motive too. Motive could drive us to behave badly like scarifying blood or to behave well like saving blood. So, motivation could be separated into two types negative and positive.There are only two sources of this energy, internally and externally. Simply, if a football team play hard to do a self satisfaction it is an internal motivation. But if they play to be rewarded, defiantly it is external.

Example; if you decide to resign, do you think anyone care or the company next day will be affected! Do you have any idea how is your future will looks like?

You may feel unimportant to the company but you should have a sort of self confidence of your qualification. If you don’t, you need to work on that. Think to prepare a CV just for yourself to know how valuable you are. Also, you should be aware of your importance to your family, community or even to yourself rather than the company.If you are not satisfied, may it is time for change. Change your company, submit your resignation letter and go to somewhere else! But, before you made this major change, I advice you to consider changing yourself. Start form internal to external, you may discover many things that could help.Good Behavior keep you positive all the time and guarantee that all your surround is positive too.
