Dear Recruiter:
Achieving corporate strategic goals by advancing ideas through to benefits realization is
my specialty. My work is a model for business transformation and organizational change.
I have been especially successful with large organizations who are challenged to meet the
demands of global changes. My work is real world, practical stuff, not theory, and
delivers results.
Your position closely aligns with the expertise I could bring to your
organization. You may be particularly interested in my extensive
experience with large, enterprise initiatives and strategic planning. I
have worked closely with the business to ensure their needs are met,
and they align with IT’s delivery capacity and plans.
Change is constant and unavoidable. It is imperative that organizations
engage change efficiently, without excessive disruption to ongoing
operations. That requires careful planning and techniques to assess the
organization, develop solutions and organize the activities. I have in-
depth knowledge to help make this happen.
I am keenly interested in working with executives, managers and supervisors to identify
their ideas and concerns, and engage them in the business transformation. I am a big
picture thinker with the skillset to manage the details.
I look forward to a conversation about how we might work together.
Sincerely,
Llyle Morgan
