Responsibilities:
• Develop a marketing strategy in line with the vision of the company. Generate leads of potential clients across 4 cities
in North India. Recruit, coach and manage a team of marketing representatives across the four primary target markets.
Oversee the development and delivery of the project.
Achievements:
• Captured requirements for developing a repository to manage clients and real estate agents. Managed the delivery of
the database on MS Access. Maintained the risk and issues log and owned the project master plan (Open Project).
• Led the procurement of all building and construction materials. Carried out an extensive vendor selection exercise and
sourced over 60% of the required materials from China, significantly reducing the project cost by over 20%.
• Devised the marketing strategy for sale of high-end luxury villas being developed near Shimla, Himachal Pradesh.
Conceptualised the mood board alongside designing and overseeing the delivery of all marketing material comprising
of brochures and information packs.
• Led the design and development of the Brookside website (www.brookside-estate.com). Led the digital and social
media marketing campaign using SEO and SEM tools. Developed a dashboard to facilitate analytical analysis of all
marketing tools being used.
• Generated sales leads managing a team of two persons located in different cities. Conceptualised categories to map
potential clients across a ‘convertibility index’. Maintained strong relationships with identified leads and allocated
