1. In order of importance, what is the most
important to you?
2. What is your mission and purpose personally and
professionally (just one sentence)?
3. What do you wish you had more time to be able
to do?
4. What is your work schedule?
5. What is your desired work/life balance ratio?
6. Identify your personal roles and professional
roles.
7. Create your specific roles list.
8. Identify your “Big Rocks” for each role personally
and professionally and write down how long
each task takes to complete. Should any of these
tasks be assigned to someone else?
