CAREER OBJECTIVE
My long-term career objective is to become an authority in the field of Procurement,
Logistics and Supply Chain Management (Global Supply Management, Project Risk
and Procurement, Operations and Information Management, and Strategic
International Business Management) and its related field, this I will achieve through
further study and hard work. In my pursuit to achieve these objectives, I will in the

Accountable for managing the delivery of critical reports, and responsible for the
coherent application of TPM/WCM techniques across the sourcing units. I applied
rigorous cost deployment to convert losses to cost using loss trees and associated
tools.
The ManEx & IP Coordinator is the sourcing unit’s leading practitioner for Focused
Improvement activity and Kaizen. This involves the teaching of problem solving tools
and their frameworks, as well as facilitating the application of best practices and
sharing of lessons across the sourcing unit. The ManEx & IP Coordinator provides
Teaching, Coaching, and Mentoring on WCM & IP issues for all leaders and operators
within the sourcing unit.
Duties:
Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that
optimize statistical efficiency and data quality
Work closely with Finance, QA department and Manufacturing team to
understand and resolve data related issues
Uses M & E tools, reporting formats and indicators to track performance of
factories and processes
Undertakes Monitoring and Evaluation activities on
manufacturing/production stakeholders
Collects and analyses data on production and performance of Key Indicators
in Manufacturing
Prepares reports on Monitoring and Evaluation activities
Interpret data, analyze results using Statistical techniques and provide
ongoing reports
Update Performance templates and perform Adhoc reports
Identify opportunities to improve business performance and processes
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
Ensure a regular reporting locally or regionally in an accurate and timely
manner
Ensures effective record keeping of processes and findings
