Al Masaar (SAHER) is one of Al-Eesayei Group with more than 300 Employees was established
to automate violations through SAHER system.
 Responsible for A l Masaar main Data Center (Violation Processing Center) in Riyadh General Traffic
campus and the Secondary Data Center (Maintenance Facility Building) in Wadi Laban, Install and
configure all Network devices (Core Layer Switch, Access Layer Switches, Firewall, Routers, Access
Points, etc. …).
 Maintain WAN Connectivity between Data Centers, Al-ELM, and Internet.

order to implement new sites or for joined troubleshooting visits.
 Build and maintain SAHER Disaster recovery data center and provide it with network connectivity
with VPC as a stand by data center in case of any major failure in the main data center.
