A Summary of the Analysis of the Problems Existing in the Development of Asse...Dr. Amarjeet Singh
Affected by the development level of the market economy and regional economic growth factors, the asset appraisal industry in the three major regions of China's east, middle and west has created regional gaps in the development process. Among them, the asset appraisal development problem in the western region is particularly prominent. Therefore, the development of asset appraisal in the western region has always been a hot topic in this field. This paper compares the economic development level of various regions and the development status of the asset appraisal industry, analyzes the problems encountered in the development of the asset appraisal industry in the western region, considers solutions to related problems, and further thinks about the future development direction of the asset appraisal industry and outlook.
What: An effective policy for the development of SMEs needs to focus on identifying real constraints and determine how these could be realistically addressed. The most productive and reliable way of identifying such constraints and possible solutions is through public–private sector interaction and dialogue. UNCTAD undertook a survey of good practice and set up a project entitled “Enhancing public–private sector dialogue in LDCs”. This survey aims to distil key principles of effective dialogue that will serve as benchmarks for evaluating the practice of public–private sector dialogue and interaction. This paper makes an attempt to find the relationship between innovation indicators and export
performance of the country. We used patents, trademarks, industrial design, number of scientific journals, R&D
expenditures as indicators of innovativeness of the country. As a sample we have constructed unbalanced panel
data for 48 Asian countries with time series from 1997 to 2011. After OLS regression we found that only

ABSTRACT
The aim of this paper is to study the relationship between research and development (R & D) and
economic growth. We will try to enlighten, from a theoretical side, the importance of R&D as a critical
factor for recovery.
This empirical study is based on different estimation methods developed in the context of a static panel on
a sample of 15 countries over the period 1980-2009. The methods used are the GMM (Generalized
Method of Moments), the OLS (Ordinary Least Squares) and causality tests, a unit root applied to panel
data. The overall findings identify a positive and significant relationship.
JEL Codes: C33, D83, F43.
Keywords: R & D, Economic Growth, Static Panel Model.

To cope with the increased globalization, competition from emerging economies and ever-changingneeds
of consumers, the economies of industrialized countries are increasingly relying on the activities of
research anddevelopment, which are essential to provide the firms with the competitive advantages
necessary for their competitiveness.
According to the OECD (2004), expenditure on research and development (R & D) conducted

inindustrialized countries (EU, U.S., Japan) increased from 396 billion euros in 1995 to more than680
billion in 2003. In the same way, some emerging economies seem to be determined also to increase their
technological capital. Let us takeChina as an example: by reference to OECD, its expenditure of R& D
expressed as a percentage of the GDP (gross domestic product) doubled during the period 1995 -2002.
Indeed, they went from 0.6% to 1.2%.
The key role of R & D in the competitiveness of firms led by industrialized countries to seekterritories
and more attractive partners to carry out their innovation strategies, including emergingmarkets, which
should increase their technological capital. R&D often implies a set of cumulativeprocesses of
inventions and innovations, skills and know-how. Through its horizontal and verticaldiversification of
goods and services, it is.

There is an urgent need for policy makers to adopt a cautious perspective when dealing with the recent revival of protectionism. The changing policy context of global competition requires that emphasis be placed on facilitating broad-based innovation. This is in sharp contrast to the current and past industrial policies that were based on import substitution and sector-picking. This paper briefly outlines Pakistan’s experience with industrial policy over the past 6 decades, and shows how protectionist industrial and trade policy regimes are ineffective with respect to equipping Pakistan to compete globally. The paper also outlines global best practices with reference to designing an enabling industrial policy and suggests policy reforms that are appropriate in the political and global context of Pakistan. There also exist contrary views about the scope and composition of industrial policy even within the government functionaries. There is a dire need for a shared vision and deeper consensus building. Thus this paper aims to highlight the radical contrast in perspectives that exists between the current policy of the ministry of industries and a policy conducive to a prosperous Pakistan.
STRATEGIES FOR THE INSTITUTIONALIZATION OF INNOVATION PRACTICES IN RUSSIAN RE...IAEME Publication
The methodology of managing the social/economic sphere in a region incorporates both general foundations and particular specific prospects for fostering innovation. The innovation trajectory in present-day Russia is aimed at enhancing quality and improving productivity, expanding the markets, boosting the population’s well-being, and opening up new vistas of opportunity. Innovation plays a key role in resolving many regional issues that, above all, are associated with social/economic life in society. Today, a major factor in fostering human capital and speeding up the pace of innovation-driven development is the use of new technology, which is crucial to creating a successful system of interaction between the government, the business sector, industry, and the scientific/technical sector. But innovation is hardly possible without employing foresight, analysis, and forecasting, as the nature of social/economic development in any region may undergo changes over time based on a focus on cultivating innovation potential. This paper examines the current situation in Volgograd Oblast with a view to bringing forward a set of recommendations on resolving the region’s existing problems.
The Essence of Structural Changes in the Economy of the Stateijtsrd
The article contains structural transformations, which are the priority of all stages of reforming the state economy. The article indicates that the priority task of the state is the modernization, technical and technological re equipment of the most important sectors of the economy, ensuring the acceleration of the growth rate of industrial production. Mukhammedova Zarina Murodovna "The Essence of Structural Changes in the Economy of the State" Published in International Journal of Trend in Scientific Research and Development (ijtsrd), ISSN: 2456-6470, Volume-5 | Issue-5 , August 2021, URL: https://www.ijtsrd.com/papers/ijtsrd45173.pdf Paper URL: https://www.ijtsrd.com/economics/other/45173/the-essence-of-structural-changes-in-the-economy-of-the-state/mukhammedova-zarina-murodovna
The problem of managing the R&D sector sustainability in Russia is of particular
relevance in terms of scaling external and internal challenges faced by the country. Such
challenges require an even greater intensification of the efforts to solve the problems
accumulated in Russian economy and innovation system and associated with the state
transition to new technological way. A key criterion of R&D sector competitive
sustainability is the creation of practice-oriented and relevant results of intellectual
activity. Correlation analysis of innovative activity indicators in developed countries over
the 2007-2015 revealed a pattern of two-fold excess of export licenses over the amount of
public investment in science. This dependence is crucial in the study of competitive
sustainability within R&D sector. The method of assessing the efficiency of public
spending on R&D, including an analysis of the dynamics of the growth rate of
performance indicators and their financing in case of R&D completed in the period is
proposed as the main management tool of R&D sector competitive sustainability.

The objective of the PICK-ME (Policy Incentives for Creation of Knowledge – Methods and Evidence) research project is to provide theoretical and empirical perspectives on innovation which give a greater role to the demand-side aspect of innovation. The main question is how can policy make enterprises more willing to innovate? This task is fulfilled by identifying what we consider the central or most salient aspect of a demand-side innovation- driven economy, which is the small and entrepreneurial yet fast growing and innovative firm. We use the term “Gazelle” to signify this type of firm throughout the paper. The main concern of policy-makers should therefore be how to support Gazelle type of firms through various policies. The effectiveness of different policy instruments are considered. For example, venture capitalism is in the paper identified as an important modern institution that renders exactly the type of coordination necessary to bring about an innovation system more orientated towards the demand side. This is because experienced entrepreneurs with superior skills in terms of judging the marketability of new innovations step in as financiers. Other factor market bottlenecks on the skills side must be targeted through education policies that fosters centers of excellence. R&D incentives are also considered as a separate instrument but more a question for future research since there is no evidence available on R&D incentives as a Gazelle type of policy. Spatial policies to foster more innovation have been popular in the past. But we conclude that whereas the literature often finds that new knowledge is developed in communities of physically proximate firms, there is no overshadowing evidence showing that spatial policies in particular had any impact on generating more of the Gazelle type of firms.

The Impact of Digital Media on the Decentralization of Power and the Erosion ...ijtsrd
The impact of digital media on the distribution of power and the weakening of traditional gatekeepers has gained considerable attention in recent years. The adoption of digital technologies and the internet has resulted in declining influence and power for traditional gatekeepers such as publishing houses and news organizations. Simultaneously, digital media has facilitated the emergence of new voices and players in the media industry. Digital medias impact on power decentralization and gatekeeper erosion is visible in several ways. One significant aspect is the democratization of information, which enables anyone with an internet connection to publish and share content globally, leading to citizen journalism and bypassing traditional gatekeepers. Another aspect is the disruption of conventional media industry business models, as traditional organizations struggle to adjust to the decrease in advertising revenue and the rise of digital platforms. Alternative business models, such as subscription models and crowdfunding, have become more prevalent, leading to the emergence of new players. Overall, the impact of digital media on the distribution of power and the weakening of traditional gatekeepers has brought about significant changes in the media landscape and the way information is shared. Further research is required to fully comprehend the implications of these changes and their impact on society. Design Simulation and Hardware Construction of an Arduino Microcontroller Bas...ijtsrd
This study primarily focuses on the design of a high side buck converter using an Arduino microcontroller. The converter is specifically intended for use in DC DC applications, particularly in standalone solar PV systems where the PV output voltage exceeds the load or battery voltage. To evaluate the performance of the converter, simulation experiments are conducted using Proteus Software. These simulations provide insights into the input and output voltages, currents, powers, and efficiency under different state of charge SoC conditions of a 12V,70Ah rechargeable lead acid battery. Additionally, the hardware design of the converter is implemented, and practical data is collected through operation, monitoring, and recording. By comparing the simulation results with the practical results, the efficiency and performance of the designed converter are assessed. The findings indicate that while the buck converter is suitable for practical use in standalone PV systems, its efficiency is compromised due to a lower output current. Sustainable Energy by Paul A. Adekunte | Matthew N. O. Sadiku | Janet O. Sadikuijtsrd
Energy becomes sustainable if it meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs. Some of the definitions of sustainable energy include the considerations of environmental aspects such as greenhouse gas emissions, social, and economic aspects such as energy poverty. Generally far more sustainable than fossil fuel are renewable energy sources such as wind, hydroelectric power, solar, and geothermal energy sources. Worthy of note is that some renewable energy projects, like the clearing of forests to produce biofuels, can cause severe environmental damage. The sustainability of nuclear power which is a low carbon source is highly debated because of concerns about radioactive waste, nuclear proliferation, and accidents. The switching from coal to natural gas has environmental benefits, including a lower climate impact, but could lead to delay in switching to more sustainable options. “Carbon capture and storage” can be built into power plants to remove the carbon dioxide CO2 emissions, but this technology is expensive and has rarely been implemented. Leading non renewable energy sources around the world is fossil fuels, coal, petroleum, and natural gas. Nuclear energy is usually considered another non renewable energy source, although nuclear energy itself is a renewable energy source, but the material used in nuclear power plants is not. The paper addresses the issue of sustainable energy, its attendant benefits to the future generation, and humanity in general. Paul A. Adekunte | Matthew N. O. Sadiku | Janet O. Concepts for Sudan Survey Act Implementations Executive Regulations and Stand...ijtsrd
This paper aims to outline the executive regulations, survey standards, and specifications required for the implementation of the Sudan Survey Act, and for regulating and organizing all surveying work activities in Sudan. The act has been discussed for more than 5 years. The Land Survey Act was initiated by the Sudan Survey Authority and all official legislations were headed by the Sudan Ministry of Justice till it was issued in 2022. The paper presents conceptual guidelines to be used for the Survey Act implementation and to regulate the survey work practice, standardizing the field surveys, processing, quality control, procedures, and the processes related to survey work carried out by the stakeholders and relevant authorities in Sudan. The conceptual guidelines are meant to improve the quality and harmonization of geospatial data and to aid decision making processes as well as geospatial information systems. The established comprehensive executive regulations will govern and regulate the implementation of the Sudan Survey Geomatics Act in all surveying and mapping practices undertaken by the Sudan Survey Authority SSA and state local survey departments for public or private sector organizations. The targeted standards and specifications include the reference frame, projection, coordinate systems, and the guidelines and specifications that must be followed in the field of survey work, processes, and mapping products. In the last few decades, there has been a growing awareness of the importance of geomatics activities and measurements on the Earths surface in space and time, together with observing and mapping the changes. In such cases, data must be captured promptly, standardized, and obtained with more accuracy and specified in much detail. The paper will also highlight the current situation in Sudan, the degree to which survey standards are used, the problems encountered, and the errors that arise from not using the standards and survey specifications. Towards the Implementation of the Sudan Interpolated Geoid Model Khartoum Sta...ijtsrd
The discussions between ellipsoid and geoid have invoked many researchers during the recent decades, especially during the GNSS technology era, which had witnessed a great deal of development but still geoid undulation requires more investigations. To figure out a solution for Sudans local geoid, this research has tried to intake the possibility of determining the geoid model by following two approaches, gravimetric and geometrical geoid model determination, by making use of GNSS leveling benchmarks at Khartoum state. The Benchmarks are well distributed in the study area, in which, the horizontal coordinates and the height above the ellipsoid have been observed by GNSS while orthometric heights were carried out using precise leveling. The Global Geopotential Model GGM represented in EGM2008 has been exploited to figure out the geoid undulation at the benchmarks in the study area. This is followed by a fitting process, that has been done to suit the geoid undulation data which has been computed using GNSS leveling data and geoid undulation inspired by the EGM2008. Two geoid surfaces were created after the fitting process to ensure that they are identical and both of them could be counted for getting the same geoid undulation with an acceptable accuracy. In this respect, statistical operation played an important role in ensuring the consistency and integrity of the model by applying cross validation techniques splitting the data into training and testing datasets for building the geoid model and testing its eligibility. The geometrical solution for geoid undulation computation has been utilized by applying straightforward equations that facilitate the calculation of the geoid undulation directly through applying statistical techniques for the GNSS leveling data of the study area to get the common equation parameters values that could be utilized to calculate geoid undulation of any position in the study area within the claimed accuracy. Both systems were checked and proved eligible to be used within the study area with acceptable accuracy which may contribute to solving the geoid undulation problem in the Khartoum area, and be further generalized to determine the geoid model over the entire country, and this could be considered in the future, for regional and continental geoid model. harassment and intimidation at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Failing to act decisively to ensure a safe learning environment for all students would be a grave dereliction of your responsibilities as President of MIT and Chair of the MIT Corporation.
This Congress will not stand idly by and allow an environment hostile to Jewish students to persist. The House believes that your institution is in violation of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act, and the inability or
unwillingness to rectify this violation through action requires accountability.
Postsecondary education is a unique opportunity for students to learn and have their ideas and beliefs challenged. However, universities receiving hundreds of millions of federal funds annually have denied
students that opportunity and have been hijacked to become venues for the promotion of terrorism, antisemitic harassment and intimidation, unlawful encampments, and in some cases, assaults and riots.
The House of Representatives will not countenance the use of federal funds to indoctrinate students into hateful, antisemitic, anti-American supporters of terrorism. Investigations into campus antisemitism by the Committee on Education and the Workforce and the Committee on Ways and Means have been expanded into a Congress-wide probe across all relevant jurisdictions to address this national crisis. The undersigned Committees will conduct oversight into the use of federal funds at MIT and its learning environment under authorities granted to each Committee.
• The Committee on Education and the Workforce has been investigating your institution since December 7, 2023. The Committee has broad jurisdiction over postsecondary education, including its compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act, campus safety concerns over disruptions to the learning environment, and the awarding of federal student aid under the Higher Education Act.
• The Committee on Oversight and Accountability is investigating the sources of funding and other support flowing to groups espousing pro-Hamas propaganda and engaged in antisemitic harassment and intimidation of students. The Committee on Oversight and Accountability is the principal oversight committee of the US House of Representatives and has broad authority to investigate “any matter” at “any time” under House Rule X.
• The Committee on Ways and Means has been investigating several universities since November 15, 2023, when the Committee held a hearing entitled From Ivory Towers to Dark Corners: Investigating the Nexus Between Antisemitism, Tax-Exempt Universities, and Terror Financing. The Committee followed the hearing with letters to those institutions on January 10, 202

INTRODUCTION
Today, the economy of our country is becoming an integral
part of the world economy, as well as the implementation of
reforms and programs aimed at further development of the
economy, the needtoimproveeconomicsectors.Because the
competitiveness of our economy is formed due to the
successful development of enterprises and industries.
The global financial and economic crisis, which has taken
place in the world and is still manifested in one form or
another, is testing the level of competitiveness of the
economies of most countries in the next 5-6 years. In recent
years, the economies of countries such as Japan, Germany
and Finland, which have been consistently recognizedasthe
most competitive countries in the global competitiveness
rankings, have also shown signs of depression, recession,
stagnation or decline in some sectors. This, in turn, requires
the rapid development of new sectors of the economy -
innovative directions in the industry. In other words, in a
country where news and updates are happening more and
more widely, these countries are emerging faster from
difficult situations, specializing in new areas.
At the current stage of economic reforms in our country,
special attention is paid to the further development of
industry, which is the “locomotive” of the economy. In
particular, the Action Strategy for the five priority areas of
development of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2017-2021,
approved by the Decree of the President of the Republic of
Uzbekistan No. PF-4947 dated February 7, 2017, provides
for the deepening of structural changes, modernization and
diversification of key sectors of the national economy.
Competitiveness”[1].
Analysis of the literature on the subject
Today the formation and implementation of a highly
effective innovation strategy in the economy is one of the
main directions of long-term economic policy of the state,
which determines the conditions for ensuring a stable
position of enterprises in foreign and domestic markets.
Approaches to the concept of innovation are different, so
there are different definitions of innovation or innovative
activity. For example, one definition states thatinnovation is
innovation in areas such as engineering, technology,
management and labor organization, based on scientificand
technical achievements and best practices, as well as their
application in various fields and activities [2].
Innovation is derived from the English word “innovation”,
which means innovation and innovation. At the heart of this
innovation is the idea that it is necessary to understand a
new order, a new habit, a new style [3].Well-known
economist N. Tokhliev explains the concept of innovation in
connection with the processes of globalization and the
specifics of the national economy. According to the scientist,
“innovation is a new modern factor in shaping the
development strategy of national economies in the process
of globalization. Innovation is the end result of scientific,
technical, technological and creative activity and represents
the appearance of a new or improved product. It also refers
to a new or improved technological process used in a
practical activity. The difference between innovation and
scientific research and traditional production is that it is,
first of all, a scientific and technical innovation, which must
be applied in practice, ie in industry, agriculture, education,
medicine and other fields "[4].
Professor A.V Vakhobov, one of the economists who has
studied the experience of foreign countries, focused on the
impact of innovation on technological development and
economic growth. The positive link between technological
development and economic growth has been proven by the
model of exogenous technical development, which is one of
the factors of neoclassical growth”[5]. New competition can
be based on the application of innovations in enterprises.
The benefits of innovation will further increase the activity
of the enterprise. This benefit was called static benefit by J.
Schumpeter (1883-1950).
Research methodology
The research used mainly scientific methods of comparison,
abstraction, statistical grouping, etc., the dynamics of basic,
modern approaches to the implementation of innovative
processes in industrial enterprises, the number of
enterprises producing innovative products and the volume
and cost of innovative products dynamics were analyzed.
Conclusions and proposals have been developed on the
widespread use of innovations and the improvement of the
sector to further increasethe competitivenessofthenational
economy.

Analysis and results
In the current context of deepening the process of
liberalization of the economy, one of the urgent tasks is to
increase the innovative activity of industrial enterprises,
identify factors to increase its potential, develop the main
directions of strengthening the organizational and legal
framework. The “Strategy for InnovativeDevelopmentofthe
Republic of Uzbekistan for 2019-2021 was adopted. A “road
map” for the implementation of the strategy of innovative
development of the Republic ofUzbekistanin2019-2021 has
been developed. One of the main directions of strategy is the
creation of techno parks,free economiczones,freeindustrial
zones and research and production clusters for the
development and introduction of advanced technologies,
production of domestic scientific products with foreign
partners and its sale in foreign markets strengthening state
support for the formation of joint organizations is one of the
main directions of the Strategy.
As a result of economic reformsinUzbekistan, real ownersof
industrial enterprises are emerging, but the study of
innovation processes in enterprisesorthewidespreaduseof
research is one of the most pressing issues. In particular, the
Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated
January 10, 2019 “On measures to radically improve the
system of implementation of state policy in the field of
economic development” is a very important document in
terms of accelerating industrial development.BythisDecree,
the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Uzbekistan was
reorganized into the Ministry of Economy and Industry of
the Republic of Uzbekistan. This ministry has been
designated as the authorized state bodyforthedevelopment
and implementation of state policy in the field of socio-
economic and industrial development of the country, aswell
as the strategy of investment policy of the Republic of
Uzbekistan [7].
One of the most important strategic issues facing the Uzbek
economy is to increase the capacity of enterprises to apply
innovations. This issue prevents the emergence of
disruptions in the nodal directions of the formationofa low-
industrial technological method of production and the way
out of the technological crisis. Taking into account the need
to develop the use of innovations in strengthening the
competitiveness of all industries and export potential in the
country, the formation of modern organizational, economic
and management mechanismsfortheimplementationof this
process plays a very important role in addressing these
issues. In particular, the creation of investment and
innovation departments in industrial enterprises, as well as
the creation of all conditions for the development of its
activities will bring great economic benefits.
In the world experience, there are three ways of innovative
development strategy:
Raw-based and often smaller rich countries
applied strategy (UAE);
Simulation-flexible or chasing strategy, including from
abroad
more emphasis is placed on the acquisition of patents
and licenses (bright experience Japan);
Innovative development of countries with sufficient
financial resources to spend large sums on education,
science and technology (USA, Germany, UK)
Researchers have identified different stages in the
development of an organizaion’s innovative development
strategy [8]. The choice of the optimal strategy for
innovation activity is an integral part of the effective
management of this activity, which increases the share of
expected income in production.
The choice of the effectiveness of the innovation strategy is
directly related to the types of activities, such as conducting
research, creating new products. Based on this strategy,
strategic planning consists, first of all, in the rational
allocation and efficient use of resources, that is, in the
effective use of financial resources, manpower and
technologies that make up the resources of the enterprise.
To effectively evaluate innovation activity, researchers A.
Ovsyanko and V. Kuganovlar the following 4 groups of
indicators that offer a balanced system [9]: innovative
entrepreneurship; Hypersensitivity to the scientific
progress; the organization or enterprisetransformationthat
is taking place in the market and feel the sense of innovative
actions.
Today, the principles of the innovative strategy for the rapid
modernization, technical and technological re-equipmentof
production at industrial enterprises are:
in achieving a strategic goal, the goal mustbeclearlyand
accurately expressed;
it is necessary to conduct a clear analysis of external
factors (existing opportunities, risks, strengths and
weaknesses of competitors), and then choose an
innovation strategy. Nowadays, it is necessary for
enterprises to use modern innovation strategies, ie
highly effective offensive, defensive, imitation (similar)
strategies.
In an offensive strategy, the entrepreneur is one of the first
to master and bring innovative products to market. In this
way, the entrepreneur increases the competitiveness of his
business and creates opportunities for him to earn a lot of
money. Because it will not have a competitor in mastering
products based on offensive strategy. Entrepreneurs
working in these areas are more engaged in unpopular
production on the basis of new approaches. This creates an
environment that allows them to be among the first.
Based on an offensive strategy, other manufacturers can be
seriously affected. Therefore, before applyinginnovations in
the enterprise, it is possible to conduct"SWOT"analysis. The
main task in the implementation of research and
development work in the defense strategy is to accelerate
the "cost-benefit" ratio, that is, consumers should know in
advance the results of innovative activities. Such strategies
are implemented by taking into account competitors or
taking into account their behavior as well. However, all
activities will be subordinated to the interests of the
enterprise.
The imitation strategy is used by businesses that are active
in using innovations. Such a strategy defines the main
consumer feature of innovations brought about by small
innovation firms with strong technological and market
positions. Depending on the consumption, innovations will
be implemented. It is necessary to choose strategic types on
the basis of a thorough analysis of the type of purpose,

economic potential and financial resourcesoftheenterprise,
external factors.
Defining the goal of innovative development - this goal can
include: diversification, increase market share, increase the
competitiveness of the organization, reduce costs and save
resources, increase solvency, strengthen financial stability.
The “Expert Assessment” method can be used to create a
hierarchy of organizational goals [10]
Today, the most favorable countries in the world for an
innovative environment are the United States, Finland and
Ireland. We can also singleoutSouthKorea,China,Singapore
and India among the countries that are rapidly developing
innovative economies. The organizational, legal, economic,
financial and intellectual resources required for the
development of innovative economies in these countries are
expanding to a level that complements each other.
Figure 1 Modern strategy for implementing innovations in the enterprise
Choosing the right and wise strategy will increase the
economic efficiency of the enterprise, while increasing the
export potential and strengthening its competitiveness. Our
country today needs to increase the level of application of
innovations in enterprises.
To this end, measures aimed at introducing innovations in
public policy are a priority. His motivation for this is well
established. Most importantly, the legal, economic and
organizational base in our country is constantly improving.
Therefore, serious attention is paid to the motivation of
innovative activities in enterprises. But in some enterprises
it is still possible to talk about the problems of motivation of
innovative activity. more precisely, the process of applying
innovations to some enterprises is very slow.
Modernization of industrial enterprises on the basis of
innovations means increasing the share of high-tech, high-
capacity, low-energy products and services in the economy
through the widespread application of innovations; it is
possible to understand the process of taking it to a new level
by making structural changes. The end result of
modernization of the enterprise on the basis of innovations
is innovation formation of the economy.
Currently, large Korean enterprises such as Posco Daewoo
International,YangguangCorporation, TTJ,Shindongoperate
in the Republic of Uzbekistan.In2017,withintheframework
of trade and economic cooperation, $ 23.4 million worth of
textiles and semi-finished products were produced in other
industries. The products of the enterprises were exportedto
the South Korean market. This year, the supply of textile
products to LotteMartehasbeensuccessfullylaunched.Also,
with the leaders of the largest Korean textile enterprises
Posco Daewoo, Color Paradise, Solsang International Corp.,
RATEL E&T Co, Ltd, as well as Lotte Marte, the export of
textile productsinUzbekistanin2017-2018.contractsworth
$ 70 million were signed. During the meeting with the
International Trade Association of theRepublicofKorea and
the leadership of the National Electronic Trading Platform,
mutual agreements on the sale of Uzbek textile products on
the electronic trading platform KOREA Tradefor2017-2018
were signed. Now the enterprises of Uzbekistan in the
Republic of Korea and the enterprises of Korea importing
and transporting are provided with filling in customs
documents in electronicform.Withthelargest Koreantextile
enterprises - Posco Daewoo, Color Paradise, Solsang
International Corp., RATEL E&T Co., Ltd., Lotte Marte, in
2017-2018, Uzbekistanwill export70milliontonsoftextiles.
Contracts in the amount of US dollars were signed [11].
It should be noted that the choice of the country's
development strategy is very important in the formation of
innovation policy. Based on this, two main models of state
innovation policy can be distinguished:
1. The main goal was a priority for the countrym which
was to stimulate the development of innovative
directions, a model focused on the implementation of
scientific and technical programs and projects of
national importance.
2. The main goal is to master new technologies, economics
a model aimed at disseminating scientific and technical
knowledge, which is to expand the technological
capabilities of industries and sectors [12].

Conclusions and suggestions
In short, given the need to develop the use of innovations to
strengthen the competitiveness of all industries and export
potential in the country, the formation of modern strategies,
organizational, economic and management mechanisms for
the implementation of this process plays a very important
role in addressing these issues. In particular, the
establishment of investment and innovation departments in
industrial enterprises, as well as the creation of all
conditions for the development of its activities will bring
great economic benefits.
These activities trigger the following economic mechanisms
of industrial enterprises, which play an importantroleinthe
sustainable development of the economy of the republic:
Favorable opportunities are created for high
modernization of existing technologies at enterprises;
Manufacturing enterprises are highly economically
developed;
damage to the environment as a result of production
activities of industrial enterprises is prevented or
reduced;
Increases the share of exports while reducing the share
of imports of industrial sectors in the country.
Therefore, the guarantee of the success and
competitiveness of the enterprise is to conduct its
activities in effective innovative strategic directions.
