This article seeks to examine the impact of the Bangladesh’s stock market development on its economic growth from the period of 1989-2012. We have used Johansen Cointegration test to estimate the long-run equilibrium relationship between the variables and the Granger causality test was conducted in order to establish causal relationship, while the model was estimated using the error correction model (ECM). Johansen co-integration test results show that the Bangladesh’s stock market development and economic growth are co-integrated. This indicates that a long run relationship exists between stock market development and economic growth in Bangladesh. The causality test results suggest a unidirectional causality from stock market development to the economic growth. On the other hand, there is no “reverse causation” from economic growth to stock market development. The evidence from this study reveals that the activities in the stock market tend to impact positively on the economy. It is recommended therefore that stock market regulatory authority should therefore address policy issues that are capable of boosting the investors’ confidence through improved policy formulation and creation of awareness.

The Effects of Macroeconomic Variables on Stock Returns in the Jordanian Stoc...Premier Publishers
This study investigated the effects of six macroeconomic variables on the stock returns in the Jordanian financial market between 1976 and 2016 using annual data. The study used the stock return data for 218 companies listed on the market and the quarterly data of the six macroeconomic variables (Industrial production, interest rates, money supply, inflation, GDP, import prices). Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) model was employed for the estimations. The reason to test these models in the Jordanian stock market was motivated by the fact that the returns of shares in the Arab markets in general do not follow the normal distribution. The results of the estimated ARDL model revealed that the industrial production has a statistically significant effect on the returns of shares at a significant level of 1 percent, and in line with the hypothesis of the study because the relationship was positive. The effect of the money supply on the stock returns is statistically significant, (positive impact of money supply on stock returns), while the impact of import prices was negative and statistically significant on the stock returns. This work has found that it is imperative to search for new markets for the disposal of Jordanian products, and not rely on traditional markets only such as Gulf markets, the Iraqi market, this requires policies to strengthen and support the role of local industries, to develop global quality requirements, and to develop preferential features for products to be compared with those in other foreign markets.

Banks are directly affected by macroeconomic factors in China, with changes in these factors significantly impacting bank stock prices and the banks' operations and management. Due to differences in capital attributes, state-owned banks and non-stateowned banks exhibit various micro-level differences, leading to different reactions in their stock prices to macroeconomic changes. Consequently, the investment value analysis for banks with different attributes also differs. This paper conducts an empirical analysis of the investment value of bank stocks, primarily following these steps: first, conducting factor analysis on cross-sectional data to calculate the total variance explained by the factor analysis and the factor scores; second, calculating the common factors and composite scores for each quarter; and finally, using panel data and the improved TOPSIS-based factor analysis model to evaluate the stock investment value of 16 banks for the first, second, and third quarters of 2022. The results indicate a disparity in investment value between state-owned and non-state-owned banks, with an overall imbalance in investment value among these banks.
State-Invested Enterprises (SIEs) in Mongolia and corporate governance: Impli...journal ijrtem
ABSTRACT: Globalization, the rapid development and expansion of the Mongolian economy has made the enhancement of corporate governance mechanisms in Mongolia’s state-invested companies imperative. Although Mongolian government has made giant strides in promoting private ownership, a good percentage of listed companies are still state owned having significant influence on the country’s GDP and total market capitalization. While it is a known fact that adherence to the basic principles of good corporate governance are essential for economic growth and development, they are not usually upheld in government owned enterprises. Transparency, accountability, rule of law and stable investment climate are vital in Mongolia’s quest for economic growth and transition to free market. Moreover, in today’s internationalized capital markets, only reputable local companies that meet high environmental, health, safety and corporate governance standards are able to attract foreign capital. This makes it even more of a necessity than choice for good corporate governance standards to be maintained in all Mongolian companies; state-invested or privately held. This paper is an attempt at x-raying the transformative efforts of Mongolian government in promoting economic development and growth through improved corporate governance in state-invested enterprises in Mongolia. Key words: Economic development, economic growth, corporate governance, enterprises, Mongolia.

COMPETITIVENESS OF JAPANESE SERVICE INDUSTRIES IN CHINAijcsit
The service industry is one of the pillar industries of the Japanese national economy. Many Japanese scholars have used different perspectives in researching the service industry, but there are relatively few studies on the competitiveness of the service industry and overseas Japanese service companies. This study conducts an empirical study on Japanese service companies in China to understand the scale, attributes, and features of the Japanese service industries in the Chinese market. A questionnaire have been done among all of the Japanese service companies in China. Based on the data collected, studies on competitiveness are used as a theoretical basis, and statistical analysis is applied to conduct factor analysis for the empirical data, in order to grasp the main elements in competitiveness for the Japanese service industry in China. Finally, Pearson analysis is used to clarify the correlations among elements in competitiveness, in turn deducing the hierarchy among elements. The problem of managing the R&D sector sustainability in Russia is of particular
relevance in terms of scaling external and internal challenges faced by the country. Such
challenges require an even greater intensification of the efforts to solve the problems
accumulated in Russian economy and innovation system and associated with the state
transition to new technological way. A key criterion of R&D sector competitive
sustainability is the creation of practice-oriented and relevant results of intellectual
activity. Correlation analysis of innovative activity indicators in developed countries over
the 2007-2015 revealed a pattern of two-fold excess of export licenses over the amount of
public investment in science. This dependence is crucial in the study of competitive
sustainability within R&D sector. The method of assessing the efficiency of public
spending on R&D, including an analysis of the dynamics of the growth rate of
performance indicators and their financing in case of R&D completed in the period is
proposed as the main management tool of R&D sector competitive sustainability.

impacts on accelerating economic growth in the given context of emerging economies. We theorize and
empirically test a causally-motivated relationship among economic growth and related key financial sector
variables pertinent to this problem. We accomplish this by analyzing a 20 year panel-data constructed for 30
countries falling within the categorization of an ‘emerging economy’. We estimate the appropriate statistical
models along with related diagnostic tests. Finally, we comment on the strengths and weaknesses of our
approach and we try to explicate the economic rationale and justification for our formulation and the evidences

After the United States, China, and Japan, India was the world's fourth biggest consumer of oil and petroleum products. The nation is significantly reliant on crude oil imports, the majority of which come from the Middle East. The Indian oil and gas business is one of the country's six main sectors, with important forward links to the rest of the economy. More than two-thirds of the country's overall primary energy demands are met by the oil and gas industry. The industry has played a key role in placing India on the global map. India is now the world's sixth biggest crude oil user and ninth largest crude oil importer. In addition, the country's portion of the worldwide refining market is growing. India's refining industry is now the world's sixth biggest. With plans for Reliance Petroleum Limited to commission another refinery with a capacity of 29 MTPA next 16 to its 33 MTPA refinery in Jamnagar, Gujarat, this position is projected to be enhanced. As a consequence, the Reliance refinery would be the biggest single-site refinery in the world. Based on secondary data gathered from CMIE, the current research examines the ratios influencing the profitability of selected oil exploration and production businesses in India during a 10-year period.
Since 1991, thanks to economic policy liberalization, the Indian economy has entered an era in which Indian businesses can no longer disregard global markets. Prior to the 1990s, the prices of a variety of commodities, metals, and other assets were carefully regulated. Others, which were not rolled, were primarily dependant on regulated input costs. As a result, there was no uncertainty and, as a result, no price fluctuations. However, in 1991, when the process of deregulation began, the prices of most items were deregulated. It has also resulted in the exchange being partially deregulated, easing trade restrictions, lowering interest rates, and making significant advancements in foreign institutional investors' access to the capital markets, as well as establishing market-based government securities pricing, among other things. Furthermore, portfolio and securities price volatility and instability were influenced by market-determined exchange rates and interest rates. As a result, hedging strategies employing a variety of derivatives were exposed to a variety of risks. The Indian capital market will be examined in this study, with a focus on derivatives.
Theoretical Estimation of CO2 Compression and Transport Costs for an hypothet...Dr. Amarjeet Singh
SEI S.p.a. presented a project to build a 1320 MW coal-fired power plant in Saline Joniche, on the Southern tip of Calabria Region, Italy, in 2008. A gross early evaluation about the possibility to add CCS (CO2 Capture & Storage) was performed too. The project generated widespread opposition among environmental associations, citizens and local institutions in that period, against the coal use to produce energy, as a consequence of its GHG clima-alterating impact. Moreover the CCS (also named Carbon Capture & Storage or more recently CCUS: Carbon Capture-Usage-Storage) technology was at that time still an unknown and “mysterious” solution for the GHG avoiding to the atmosphere. The present study concerns the sizing of the compression and transportation system of the CCS section, included in the project presented at the time by SEI Spa; the sizing of the compression station and the pipeline connecting the plant to the possible Fosca01 offshore injection site previously studied as a possible storage solution, as part of a coarse screening of CO2 storage sites in the Calabria Region. This study takes into account the costs of construction, operation and maintenance (O&M) of both the compression plant and the sound pipeline, considering the gross static storage capacity of the Fosca01 reservoir as a whole as previously evaluated.

Techno-Economic Aspects of Solid Food Wastes into Bio-ManureDr. Amarjeet Singh
Solid waste is health hazard and cause damage to the environment due to improper handling. Solid waste comprises of Industrial Waste (IW), Hazardous Waste (HW), Municipal Solid Waste (MSW), Electronic waste (E-waste), Bio-Medical Waste (BMW) which depend on their supply & characteristics. Food waste or Bio-waste composting and its role in sustainable development is explained in food waste is a growing area of concern with many costs to our community in terms of waste collection, disposal and greenhouse gases. When rotting food ends up in landfill it turns into methane, a greenhouse gas that is particularly damaging to the environment. Composting is biochemical process in which organic materials are biologically degraded, resulting in the production of organic by products and energy in the form of heat. Heat is trapped within the composting mass, leading to the phenomenon of self-heating. This overall process provide us Bio-Manure.
Crypto-Currencies: Can Investors Rely on them as Investment Avenue?Dr. Amarjeet Singh
The purpose of this study is to examine investors’ perceptions about investing in crypto-currencies. We think that investors trust in crypto-currencies is largely driven by crypto-currency comprehension, trust in government, and transaction speed. This is the first study to examine crypto-currencies from the investor’s perspective. Following that, we discover important antecedents of crypto-currency confidence. Second, we look at the government's role in crypto-currencies. The importance of this study is: first, crypto-currencies have the potential to disrupt the current economic system as the debate is all about impact of decentralization of transactions; thus, further research into how it affects investors trust is essential; and second, access to crypto-currencies. Finally, if Fin-Tech companies or banks want to enter the bitcoin industry may not attract huge advertising costs as well as marketing to soothe clients' concerns about investing in various digital currencies The research sheds light on indecisiveness in the context of marketing aspects adopted by demonstrating investors are aware about the crypto.
Awareness of Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) among Student of the Catanduanes S...Dr. Amarjeet Singh
The Island Province of Catanduanes is prone to all types of natural hazards that includes torrential and heavy rains, strong winds and surge, flooding and landslide or slope failures as a result of its geographical location and topography. RA 10121 mandates local DRRM bodies to “encourage community, specifically the youth, participation in disaster risk reduction and management activities, such as organizing quick response groups, particularly in identified disaster-prone areas, as well as the inclusion of disaster risk reduction and management programs as part of youth programs and projects. The study aims to determine the awareness to disaster of the student of the Catanduanes State University. The disaster-based questionnaire was prepared and distributed among 636 students selected randomly from different Colleges and Laboratory Schools in the University
The Catanduanes State University students understood some disaster-related concepts and ideas, but uncertain on issues on preparedness, adaptation, and awareness on the risks inflicted by these natural hazards. Low perception on disaster risks are evidently observed among students. The responses of the students could be based on the efficiency and impact of the integration of DRR education in the senior high school curriculum. Specifically, integration of the concepts about the hazards, hazard maps, disaster preparedness, awareness, mitigation, prevention, adaptation, and resiliency in the science curriculum possibly affect the knowledge and understanding of students on DRR. Preparedness drills and other forms of capacity building must be done to improve awareness of the student towards DRRM.
The study further recommends that teachers and instructor must also be capacitated in handling disaster as they are the prime movers in the implementation of the DRRM in education. Preparedness drills and other forms of capacity building must be done to improve awareness of the student towards DRRM. Core subjects in Earth Sciences must be reinforced with geologic hazards. Learning competencies must also be focused on hazard identification and mapping, and coping with different geologic disaster.
The 1857 war was a watershed moment in the history of the Indian subcontinent. The battle has sparked academic debate among historians and sociologists all around the world. Despite the fact that it has been more than 150 years, this battle continues to pique the interest of historians. The war's causes and events that occurred throughout the conflict, persons who backed the British and anti-British fighters, and the results and ramifications, are all aspects of this conflict. In terms of outcomes, many academics believe that the war was a failure for those who started it. It is often assumed that the Indians who battled the British in this conflict were unable to achieve their goals. Many gains accrued to Indians as a result of the conflict, but these achievements are overshadowed by the dispute over the war's failure. This research effort focuses on the war's achievements for India, and the significance of those achievements.
Haryana's Honour Killings: A Social and Legal Point of ViewDr. Amarjeet Singh
Life is unpredictably unpredictable. Nobody knows what will happen in the next minute of their lives. In this circumstance, every human being has the right and desire to conduct their lives according to their own desires. No one should be forced to live a life solely for the benefit and reputation of others. Honour killing is defined as the assassination of a person, whether male or female, who refuses to accept the family's arranged marriage or decides to move her or his marital life according to her or his wishes solely because it jeopardizes the family's honour. The family's supreme authority looks after the family's name but neglects to consider the love and affection shared among family members. I have discussed honour killing in India in my research work. This sort of murder occurs as a result of particular triggers, which are also examined in relation to the role of the law in honour killing. No one can be released free if they break the law, and in this case, it is a felony that violates various regulations designed to safeguard citizens. This crime is similar to many others, but it is distinct enough to be differentiated in the report. When the husband is of low social standing, it lowers the position and caste of the female family, prompting the male family members to murder the girl. But they forget that the girl is their kid and that while rank may be attained, a girl's life can never be replaced, and that caste is less valuable than the girl's life and love spent with them.
Optimization of Digital-Based MSME E-Commerce: Challenges and Opportunities i...Dr. Amarjeet Singh
The impact caused by the Covid-19 Pandemic on Micro and Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) was so severe and fatal
that not a few went out of business. The heavy burden is borne by MSME actors due to social restrictions imposed by the
government, the declining purchasing power of the people, a product that continues to decline until capital runs out. Plus
inadequate knowledge in carrying out marketing strategies and product innovations are the main trigger for the lack of
enthusiasm for MSME actors as well as bankruptcy. MSME digitalization-based e-commerce is an opportunity and the right
solution in dealing with the obstacles caused by the impact of Covid-19, as well as a challenge for MSME actors to design old
ways in new ways through digital business.
Modal Space Controller for Hydraulically Driven Six Degree of Freedom Paralle...Dr. Amarjeet Singh
This paper presents the Modal space decoupled control for a hydraulically driven parallel mechanism has been presented. The approach is based on singular values decomposition to the properties of joint-space inverse mass matrix, and mapping of the control and feedback variables from the joint space to the decoupling modal space. The method transformed highly coupled six-input six-output dynamics into six independent single-input single-output (SISO) 1 DOF hydraulically driven mechanical systems. The novelty in this method is that the signals including control errors, control outputs and pressure feedbacks are transformed into decoupled modal space and also the proportional gains and dynamic pressure feedback are tuned in modal space. The results indicate that the conventional controller can only attenuate the resonance peaks of the lower eigenfrequencies of six rigid modes properly, and the peaking points of other relative higher eigenfrequencies are over damped, The further results show that it is very effective to design and tune the system in modal space and that the bandwidth increased substantially except surge (x) and sway (y) motions, each degree of freedom can be almost tuned independently and their bandwidths can be increased near to the undamped eigenfrequencies.
It is a known fact that a large number of Steel Industry Expansion projects in India have been delayed due to regulatory clearances, environmental issues and problems pertaining to land acquisition. Also, there are challenges in the tendering phase that affect viability of projects thus delaying implementation, construction phase is beset with over-runs and disputes and last but not the least; provider skills are weak all across the value chain. Given the critical role of Steel Sector in ensuring a sustained growth trajectory for India, it is imperative that we identify the core issues affecting completion of infrastructure projects in India and chalk out initiatives that need to be acted upon in short term as well as long term.

US Economic Outlook - Being Decided - M Capital Group August 2021.pdfpchutichetpong
The U.S. economy is continuing its impressive recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic and not slowing down despite re-occurring bumps. The U.S. savings rate reached its highest ever recorded level at 34% in April 2020 and Americans seem ready to spend. The sectors that had been hurt the most by the pandemic specifically reduced consumer spending, like retail, leisure, hospitality, and travel, are now experiencing massive growth in revenue and job openings.
Could this growth lead to a “Roaring Twenties”? As quickly as the U.S. economy contracted, experiencing a 9.1% drop in economic output relative to the business cycle in Q2 2020, the largest in recorded history, it has rebounded beyond expectations. This surprising growth seems to be fueled by the U.S. government’s aggressive fiscal and monetary policies, and an increase in consumer spending as mobility restrictions are lifted. Unemployment rates between June 2020 and June 2021 decreased by 5.2%, while the demand for labor is increasing, coupled with increasing wages to incentivize Americans to rejoin the labor force. Schools and businesses are expected to fully reopen soon. In parallel, vaccination rates across the country and the world continue to rise, with full vaccination rates of 50% and 14.8% respectively.
However, it is not completely smooth sailing from here. According to M Capital Group, the main risks that threaten the continued growth of the U.S. economy are inflation, unsettled trade relations, and another wave of Covid-19 mutations that could shut down the world again. Have we learned from the past year of COVID-19 and adapted our economy accordingly?
“In order for the U.S. economy to continue growing, whether there is another wave or not, the U.S. needs to focus on diversifying supply chains, supporting business investment, and maintaining consumer spending,” says Grace Feeley, a research analyst at M Capital Group.
While the economic indicators are positive, the risks are coming closer to manifesting and threatening such growth. The new variants spreading throughout the world, Delta, Lambda, and Gamma, are vaccine-resistant and muddy the predictions made about the economy and health of the country. These variants bring back the feeling of uncertainty that has wreaked havoc not only on the stock market but the mindset of people around the world. MCG provides unique insight on how to mitigate these risks to possibly ensure a bright economic future.

ABSTRACT
Affected by the development level of the market
economy and regional economic growth factors, the asset
appraisal industry in the three major regions of China's east,
middle and west has created regional gaps in the development
process. Among them, the asset appraisal development
problem in the western region is particularly prominent.
Therefore, the development of asset appraisal in the western
region has always been a hot topic in this field. This paper
compares the economic development level of various regions
and the development status of the asset appraisal industry,
analyzes the problems encountered in the development of the
asset appraisal industry in the western region, considers
solutions to related problems, and further thinks about the
future development direction of the asset appraisal industry
and outlook.
Keywords-- Western Region, Asset Appraisal Industry,
Industry Issues, Regional Economy
I. INTRODUCTION
Asset evaluation refers to the process in which
professionals conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis,
evaluation and explanation of the value of the evaluation
object based on the relevant data they have. Asset appraisal
is a kind of social economic activity that follows the
development of market economy and commodity
exchange, and it is an inevitable product of the
development of market economy (Jiang, 2009). Asset
appraisers and asset appraisers can maintain the smooth
progress of transactions and the fairness of transactions.
Asset appraisal develops along with the development of
market economy. Therefore, the continuous development
of the market economy drives the continuous progress and
improvement of the asset appraisal industry. An important
feature of China's economic development is the uneven
economic development of various regions(Zhang, 2004;
Sun, 2012).
Since China's reform and opening in 1978, the
economy has made world-renowned achievements.
Between 1978 and 2010, its GDP has increased by nearly
20 times, with an average annual growth rate of 9.91%,
creating a miracle of world economic development.
However, while the economy is growing rapidly, the
economic gaps in various regions of China are expanding.
This will not be conducive to the sustainable development
of China's social economy(Jiang, 2004; Pu, 2007). To
narrow the gap in economic development between regions,
it is necessary to analyze the underlying reasons for the
differences in China's regional economic development.
The factors affecting economic growth in the three major
regions of East, Central and West are also different. The
eastern region is mainly affected by per capita fixed asset
investment, human capital, technology investment, foreign
trade level and the positive effect of industrial structure;
the central region is mainly affected by marketization The
positive influence of the degree, per capita investment in
fixed assets, human capital, technology investment and
industrial structure; the western region is mainly affected
by the positive influence of per capita investment in fixed
assets, human capital and foreign trade (Zhou, 2002).
The unbalanced development of China's regional
economy is carried out under the following three distinct
backgrounds: the system transition from a planned
economy to a market economy; a comprehensive transition
from a closed economy to an open economy; and a
transition from a government-led state-owned economy to
a privately led diversified economy The connotation of
change. Large-scale institutional changes have accelerated
the realization of the imbalanced process of China's
regional economy, thereby bringing the turning point of
regional economic development from imbalance to
balanced development earlier (Cao, 2012). We believe that
the main institutional factors that affect the differences in
regional economic development includeural system
reform, enterprise system reform, opening-up policy,
government governance mechanism, and regional
development policy. The reform of these institutional
factors has changed the way of resource and factor
combination, changed the path of factor accumulation, and
changed the incentive mechanism of microeconomic
subjects facing economic activities, thus making industrial
division of labor, enterprise competition, and technological
innovation possible. Therefore, the nationwide institutional

reform and the regionally differentiated institutional
changes triggered by it are ultimately reflected in the
performance of regional economic development through
the quantitative expansion and quality improvement of
factor accumulation (Yong, 2010).
Because the government plays a macro-control
role in the market economy, the difference in the level of
economic development between the western region and
coastal areas has also caused the development of the asset
appraisal industry to have different levels in different
regions (Zhu, 2001).
II. THE DEVELOPMENT STATUS OF
THE ASSET APPRAISAL INDUSTRY
China's asset appraisal arose during the process of
reform and the construction of a socialist market economy,
and it developed rapidly as the reform of state-owned
enterprises proceeded. In the late 1980s, in order to prevent
the loss of state-owned assets and the need to determine
the fair value of property rights transfers, state-owned
assets evaluation activities appeared in China. After more
than 10 years of development, it can be said that China’s
asset appraisal industry has begun to take shape. In the
process of corporate system reform and opening to the
outside world, the interests of various property rights
subjects including state-owned assets have been
maintained, and the development of China’s market
economy has been promoted. Healthy development has
become an indispensable basic intermediary service
industry in China's booming socialist market economy. It
plays a role in promoting economic development and
social progress.
2.1 Current Status of Asset Appraisal Development in the
Western Region
2.1.1. Long-Term Politics, Chaotic Industry Management
At present, China's asset appraisal industry is
"Warring States Period", with separate regimes and self-
protection, which has led to the stagnation of the industry
itself. Analyzing the current situation of China's asset
appraisal industry, there are serious multi-management
problems. For example, in addition to registered asset
appraisers, there are multiple appraisal qualifications such
as real estate, land, and price departments. These qualified
administrative departments often abandon principles and
malicious competition for their own interests, forming
various types of appraisal industries. The bad atmosphere
casts a shadow over the development of the industry.
2.1.2. Theory and Evaluation Practice are Out of Touch
The current asset appraisal theory has a certain
degree of one-sidedness, which makes it impossible to
directly use related theories and concepts as the basis of
appraisal analysis and judgment in specific appraisal
practices. For example, we rarely choose non-market value
types in our actual appraisal practice, because we do not
have a clear theory during practice to position and explain
the choice of market value or non-market value types.
Another example is an important assumption in asset
valuation-the open market hypothesis. With the
development of society, the complete competition,
complete information, and complete rational traders
described in the open market hypothesis have been
subverted and subverted. The definition of market
cognition under asymmetric and bounded rationality has
become the mainstream. Therefore, the market described
and defined by the open market hypothesis is inconsistent
with the actual market state, and the evaluation theory
constructed based on this hypothesis has lost its
explanatory power and persuasive power in practice.
2.1.3. Empirical
The increasingly frequent asset appraisal business
enables appraisers to accumulate a wealth of appraisal
experience, which directly determines the accuracy of the
appraisal results.
2.2 The Development Status of the Asset Appraisal
Industry in the Eastern Coastal Areas
2.2.1. The Subject Corporatization of Asset Appraisal
With the continuous development of asset
appraisal agencies, it has gradually developed into a
modern enterprise with independent operation, self-
financing, clear property rights, and scientific
management.
2.2.2. Diversified Asset Appraisal Business
From the perspective of the entire asset appraisal
industry, the appraisal business covers a wide range,
ranging from the appraisal of aerospace engineering
projects to the appraisal of scraps of enterprises. The
appraisal business is almost all-encompassing.
2.2.3. The Hierarchy of Asset Appraisers is Clearer
Asset appraisal includes many types, such as real
estate appraisal, enterprise value appraisal, intangible asset
appraisal, financial asset appraisal, etc. After subdivided at
this level, the specific work content is further subdivided
2.2.4. Evaluate the Standardization of Technical
Regulations and Professional Ethics
Market-economy developed countries are striving
to achieve the standardization of evaluation technical
regulations and evaluation professional ethics. Countries
such as the United Kingdom, the United States, Australia
and other countries have formed relatively unified
evaluation rules in their own countries after a long period

professional ethics also provide a basis and reference for
the supervision, restraint and management of the
evaluation process and its results by the society, the market
and related departments.
III. PROBLEMS IN THE ASSET
APPRAISAL INDUSTRY IN THE
WESTERN REGION
Comparing the above-mentioned asset appraisal
industry in the eastern region and the western region, it is
obvious that the current asset appraisal industry in China
has problems such as the market has not yet been unified,
regulations need to be improved, the quality of personnel
is uneven, practice behavior is not standardized enough,
and the education system is not sound. The disordered to
orderly asset evaluation market, the international
convergence of evaluation criteria, the in-depth
development of business content, and the growing
expansion of the evaluation team are the development
trends of China's asset evaluation industry. We must create
a good asset evaluation practice environment, strengthen
international exchanges, and expand the field of asset
appraisal practice, vigorously develop higher education in
asset appraisal, and deepen research on asset appraisal
theories and methods.
Due to the independence and professional
requirements of asset appraisal, in order to ensure the
quality of practice and clarify the practice responsibilities,
asset appraisal practitioners must have good professional
ethics, and they must follow strict professional standards
when engaging in asset appraisal business. Recently, the
Ministry of Finance issued the "Asset Appraisal Standards-
Basic Standards" and the "Asset Appraisal Professional
Ethics Standards-Basic Standards" drafted by the China
Assets Appraisal Association. These two basic guidelines
summarize the rich practical experience in asset evaluation
over the past ten years, put forward the basic technical
requirements and professional ethics requirements that
asset evaluation should follow, and improve the technical
standards and behaviors followed by asset evaluation
practitioners in the practice process. Standards play an
important role in guiding and regulating the practice of
asset appraisal. The implementation of these two basic
guidelines will also help the regulatory authorities and the
public to strengthen the supervision of asset appraisal
practice and practice quality, reduce or even eliminate
black-box operations, improve the transparency of practice
and management, and create a way to truly implement
legal practice and legal supervision. Condition. To give full
play to the role of asset appraisal in the market economy,
the following issues need to be paid close attention to.
First, relevant departments should fully
understand the actual and long-term impact of asset
evaluation on the economy, strengthen coordination, and
jointly study and solve problems in asset evaluation. On
the surface, the result of asset appraisal is only to put
forward the value opinion of a certain asset or right, but as
a reference for transactions, it will become a piece of
financial information. It will not only have a direct current
impact on enterprises, bank management, personal
financial management, national fiscal taxation, etc. And it
will indirectly have a long-term impact on the country's
financial and economic development. Due to the wide
range of asset appraisal service departments and service
targets, there are many links that affect the quality of asset
appraisal. In addition to appraisal agencies, governments
and enterprises are also involved. For example, the
government should create a good practice environment, the
client has the obligation to provide true and complete
information, the enterprise should improve its internal
governance structure, and the bank should strengthen risk
control. All these require relevant departments to pay more
attention to and pay more attention to the issue of asset
evaluation and strengthen communication and coordination
in policy and business.
Second, the legal system in the field of asset
appraisal is not perfect. At present, although there is no
special law covering the entire field of asset evaluation,
relevant laws and regulations such as the company law,
securities law, criminal law, and state-owned asset
evaluation management measures have a series of
regulations related to asset evaluation. Therefore, it is
necessary to thoroughly study the development laws of the
asset appraisal industry in the socialist market economy,
draw on the legislative experience of the international
appraisal industry, and combine China’s actual conditions
to formulate and improve laws and regulations in the asset
appraisal field, regulate the rights and obligations of
market entities, and clarify Legal responsibility to protect
the legitimate rights and interests of all parties involved in
the asset evaluation.
Third, there are still some problems in the self-
discipline management system of the asset appraisal
industry. As an important intermediary organization in the
market economy system, industry associations have unique
functions for regulating member behaviors and
strengthening industry self-discipline. China's legislation
on intermediary organizations is not yet complete, and the
functions of intermediary organizations are not yet
complete. It is necessary to promote the standardization of
asset appraisal industry organizations in accordance with
the requirements of the development of the socialist
market economy and the principles of marketization.

In summary, the problems of the western asset
appraisal industry have the following properties: First,
intuitiveness. This is reflected in the fact that evaluators
mainly rely on their intuitive feelings and subjective
preferences for evaluation, and the evaluation process
rarely resorts to other professional evaluation methods.
This kind of assessment is concise and clear, but the result
of the assessment is susceptible to human factors and lacks
objective impartiality. The second is non-professionalism.
Non-professionalism means that the appraiser does not
have professional appraisal methods and skills or has not
received special training. The appraisal is often carried out
by both parties to the asset transaction or a designated
person by one party, and even those who do not have much
appraisal knowledge, but within a certain range High-
ranking personnel to evaluate. simplify. The so-called
simplification means that the asset evaluation method at
this stage is relatively simple, and the evaluation process is
completed quickly.
IV. PROSPECTS FOR THE FUTURE
DEVELOPMENT OF THE ASSET
APPRAISAL INDUSTRY
In terms of development trends, the standardized
asset evaluation system is further developing towards the
diversification, refinement, and specialization of
evaluation fields, and the integration of evaluation
concepts, understandings and standards. The
diversification, refinement and specialization of the
appraisal field means that asset appraisal has gradually
spread from traditional real estate appraisal to enterprise
value appraisal, intangible asset appraisal, tax base
appraisal, and appraisal for financial reporting purposes,
with no property rights transactions. Service-oriented
development focuses on both property rights transaction
services and non-property rights transaction services.
Contrary to the trend of refined and specialized asset
appraisal, some professional asset appraisal institutions
and asset appraisers came into being. The characteristic is
that the scope of practice is concentrated in a certain
professional technical field, with a high degree of
specialization and professionalism. The technical service
standard is relatively high. At the same time,
corresponding professional evaluation norms continue to
emerge.
4.1 The Corporatization of Asset Appraisal Institutions
In the modern asset appraisal industry, asset
appraisal agencies have accumulated a large amount of
asset appraisal materials and rich experience in asset
appraisal by providing appraisal services for both parties to
asset transactions. The management model has become
increasingly characteristic of modern enterprises, and
many companies with rich appraisal experience have
emerged. As a result, a corporatized asset appraisal agency
came into being. These asset appraisal agencies rely on
their strong appraisal strength and modern management
methods to provide high-quality appraisal services for both
parties in the asset business. At the same time, the
development of many businesses has also enabled them to
achieve rapid development.
4.2 Professionalization of Evaluators
The professionals of asset appraisal agencies are
mainly divided into three categories: one is the appraisal
company's management composed of directors, managers
and other management personnel, responsible for the
company's operation and management. The second is to
evaluate the company's sales staff and be responsible for
the company's business contracting. The third is
professional appraisers. They are all appraisers with a
professional level. They are mostly professional engineers
and various experts. They are responsible for completing
the technical work of the appraisal business and are the
main force of the asset appraisal company. These
professional appraisers can be employees of the appraisal
company or part-time staff of the appraisal company, but
they must understand and master the professional theories
and business knowledge of asset appraisal. Appraisal
reports can only be issued by qualified persons such as
registered asset appraisers or value appraisers, who often
take asset appraisal as their lifelong career.
4.3 Diversification of Assessment Business
The fierce market competition has prompted the
evaluation company to focus on brand cultivation,
continuously expand its business scope through high-
quality services, and implement a diversified business
strategy. The scope of asset appraisal business is very
wide, including tangible asset appraisal and intangible
asset appraisal. It can even be subdivided into machinery
and equipment appraisal, mineral resource appraisal and
real estate appraisal, etc. It covers almost all business types
in the asset appraisal industry.
4.4 Scientific Evaluation Means and Methods
In the standard evaluation stage, modern science
and technology and methods have been widely used in
asset evaluation, greatly improving the accuracy and
scientificity of asset evaluation results. With the
continuous expansion of asset appraisal objects and
appraisal scope, and the continuous increase of appraisal
practitioners, the self-discipline mechanism of the asset
appraisal industry self-regulatory management
organization has gradually been established and improved.
With the continuous accumulation of appraisers' appraisal
experience and experience, people's understanding of the
rules of asset appraisal has also been qualitatively
improved. In order to prevent risks in the asset appraisal

industry, maintain the social and professional reputation of
the appraisal industry, and unify appraisal practitioners’
knowledge and appraisal concepts, asset appraisal
professional organizations have formulated appraisal
professional ethics and norms, striving to unify
professional appraisal terms, appraisal principles, and
appraisal techniques. Regulations and appraisal
professional ethics, etc., and then form a unified asset
appraisal standard within a country or region.
V. CONCLUSION & LEGAL
LIABILITY FOR EVALUATION RESULTS
The appraiser must sign the completed appraisal
report and affix the official seal of the agency at the same
time. The asset appraisal agency and appraiser must pay
corresponding legal responsibilities for the signed asset
appraisal report.
