Let's move some tables outside.
How about/ What about moving some ...?
● When we offer to do something, we usually use shall:
Shall I move tables...?

7. Asking for, giving and refusing
permission
When we give permission or talk about having permision, we use can:

Can I sit here?
● More polite
Could I sit here?
