I cannot deny the fact that there are good colleges and universities in my country as well
offering undergraduate degree in business and accounting. However, I believe that getting a
degree from Australia will place me in a better position in developing a strong resume and
getting good jobs which will help me a lot in shaping my career. For me, the education system of
my country lacks behind in giving practical based learning experience and specialization in the
field of interest. In Nepal, it is easy to develop sound theoretical knowledge, but it is a big
challenge to develop expertise in respective fields.

things through others. In basic words scientific management implies utilization of standards and

best and least expensive way . It is the craft of knowing precisely what could possibly be done
whom it is to be done and what is the best and least expensive method for doing it. Scientific
