Sept 13 – Mar 14 Calsonic Kansei Production Operator
Within this role I was producing parts ready to be shipped to the car manufacturer, working
in a busy factory environment on plastic mould car parts such as dash boards. I was
required to adhere to Health and Safety policies, the 5s procedure use lean manufacturing,
apply Kaizen and continuously improve workings whilst on a three shift pattern from anything
from 8 to 12 hour per shift.
Feb 07 - Sept 08 Nissan Manufacturing UK Manufacturing Staff
Working on the chassis line fitting parts and involved in the manufacture of motor vehicle.
During this role I was involved in the lean manufacturing of the vehicle and helped in the
Kaizen continuous improvement of the production procedure and 5s within the factory
development, whilst maintaining a high level of Health and Safety at all times, this was a
very demanding yet rewarding role.
2. April 2006 – February 2007 Newalls - Pyrex Factory Worker
Working on a busy production line manufacturing glass products whilst ensuring the correct
packaging of the goods. I also was responsible for the general upkeep of the line, making
sure that all Health and Safety procedures were followed and that it was kept clean at all
times.

Starting off as an Office Junior, I was promoted to stores where my duties included the
maintenance of the storeroom, stock control, setting up/amending/deleting stock cards and

making and receiving phone calls, placing orders, filing, faxing, photocopying and any other
general administration tasks as and when required. I was also the first point of contact so
