I can confirm that Sara Connaway was employed as a bar supervisor within
Dukes92 and The Castlefield Rooms from February 2011 to July 2012.
As a bar supervisor Sara was responsible for a small team usually of around five to
seven staff members in whichever area she was tasked to work. The duties included
ensuring the section was correctly set up and stock levels were maintained
throughout the shift. She was the first point of contact for any issues that would arise
be they from members of staff or customers.
During Sara’s time in employment at ElleR Leisure she was valued as a highly
motivated, responsible and trustworthy member of staff. She was well liked by all the
team here and her ability to interact with anyone in a friendly yet professional
manner was the first reason she was chosen to become a supervisor after only a
short time working for the company.
I would happily re-employ Sara as I considered her to be a valuable member of the
team, and I wish her success in any future career she enters into.
