A simulation was created of a miniature production line to observe how implementing systems could increase performance and efficiency in a company. The simulation aimed to show how teamwork across departments, an effective information cycle, defining each department's role, and following processes and laws could help decrease costs, increase financial turnover, and make employees more productive by breaking down targets and using quality tools. The simulation included two production lines, A and B, that packaged 3 parts together at a 10% markup over material costs and took 45 minutes to complete 30 units.

Nowadays, the supply chain is considered as the most effective element among the economic and manufacturing enterprises and the reason of its foundation is the increase of the pressures by the customer demands on high quality and quick service. Time management in the supply chain causes quick service and the enhancement of customers’ satisfaction level that is the most important component for managing waiting reduction time. After the selection of the suitable supplier, the amount of optimal order of each one of the suppliers must be obtained, implementing using the multi-objective planning models. Thus the purpose of this study is to investigate the simulation of the supply chain in an investment company by genetic algorithm and PSO. امروزه زنجیره تامین به عنوان موثرترین عنصر بین بنگاه هاي اقتصادي و تولیدي است که دلیل شکل گیري آن نیز افزایش فشارهایی است که به دلیل خواست مشتریان بر کیفیت بالا و خدمت رسانی سریع می باشد . مدیریت زمان در زنجیره تامین باعث خدمت رسانی سریع و بالابردن سطح رضایتمندي مشتریان میشود که مهمترین مولفه براي مدیریت زمان کاهش زمان انتظار است . پس از انتخاب تامین کننده مناسب می بایست میزان سفارش بهینه هر یک از تامین کنندگان را بدست آورد که با استفاده از مدلهای برنامه ریزی چندهدفه انجام می شود . لذا هدف از این پژوهش شبیه سازی زنجیره ی تامین در یک شرکت سرمایه گذاری توسط الگوریتم ژنتیک و PSO می باشد . این کار با طراحی مدلی چندهدفه ، با اهداف کاهش هزینه های موجود در زنجیره ، و همچنین حداکثر نمودن سطح کیفیت مواد خریداری شده از تامین کنندگان انجام میگیرد .
