Ms. Machos has over 15 years' of manufacturing operational experience in the Aerospace and Medical manufacturing fields. Her experience from these industries has heavily focused on continuous improvement implementations, LEAN transformation and creating appropriate key performance indicators (KPIs) for both internal and external teams and successful completion of several Six Sigma grade projects.
